I think I'm going to remove a bunch of content here, less is more right? I'm going to take a different approach and make this about you. If I tell you everything then what will be left to ask. It's more likely that you don't really care anyway and you're just reading this with no intention of making conversation with anyone on here let alone actually meeting someone new. You're just playing the voyeur peering into other peoples lives because you're so insecure and disappointed with your own. You usually only read the first few lines or maybe a whole paragraph or two because you've done this so much you think people are boring, and for the most part you're right. Which is why I put this up front, so you can read this and move on because you've already opened this profile with you preconceptions. Now that you see I'm direct and challenging you feel insulted and are going to leave if you haven't already. If you have stuck around you might be curious, in denial, or just different. Whatever it may be keep reading and ask me some questions.

I am realistic and direct. I used to tell it how it was to everyone I came across until I realized people don't want to hear the truth, so I keep pretty much everything to myself now. I plan for the future and often forget to live in the present. I'm okay with that, because I know when I retire I will have complete financial freedom to be carefree and travel where and when I want. Given my career path I will be able to retire VERY comfortably in about 20 years, depending on how much extra spending money I want for the rest of my life. I am pretty much a minimalist, I don't have a lot of frills or accessories, but what I do take the time to obtain I make sure it's the best. I do my research and I invest a lot of time and money, I take care of my possessions to make them last and rarely let them go to waste. I value and pursue quality in all things.

I work hard to stay in shape to for my job, it keeps me feeling healthy and I feel like my results are greater than the effort. I am very intelligent, and I challenge everything. I think powerful people are very attractive and I resist them every step of the way. I have a penchant and talent for reading people. Given this I can get along with pretty much anyone and those I don't get along with, or don't want to, I avoid entirely so I don't waste my time. I like to be happy and I have a very wild side which I have learned to control, but I'm always looking for opportunities to let it out. I know when and when not to be uninhibited so I can have just as much fun at a party as a drunk person while maintaining the ability to make sound decisions. I'm usually the driver because I like driving, I don't drink and I would do just about anything to protect my friends. I'm not sure whether or not they realize that but it doesn't really matter. Doing what's right isn't about making sure other people know your doing it, doing what's right when no ones looking is truly righteous.

Currently, I'm working as a firefighter. I'm working toward furthering my career and making it more fun for myself.

They don't usually say. It seems like people point out that I seem to be intelligent.

I prefer books, movies and music that are entertaining, simple as that.

I enjoy my food, I can eat a lot and I will eat just about anything (at least twice).

I think I'm a minimalist and there is nothing I can think of that I could not do without that isn't essential to life.

Things I shouldn't be thinking about. If something important comes up I deal with it and put it out of my mind so I don't have to spend a lot of my energy thinking about it.

Doing the same things I do any other night. With my schedule weekends are pretty much obsolete. I use the random free time I have just like anyone else would, except mine could be any day of the week.

I'm not afraid to sing in the car...by myself =P
