I'm just a regular guy that does irregular things. You should be able to make good coffee if you wanna hang out. Or at least like drinking it. Preferably in a grungy coffee shop. Rainy day optional. Tea will do as well. I like cooking and baking. But not cleaning. I am still a clean person. I also like music. I play the piano. Only when I feel like it though. Video games when I have time.

Doing (semi)important doctor-type stuff. I may or may not be The Doctor. I seem to have misplaced my pocketwatch. Doctor cat is my role model. I don't really know anyone around here yet and would love to meet some new friends to hang out and explore the city with! :3 I'll show you my favorite spots if you show me yours. I spend a lot of time in both San Antonio and Austin.

(read: I am adequately mediocre at...) EVERYTHING. Unless it's something really tricky. Damn you, tricky stuff. But really, give me a few days and I can usually figure it out.

I'm pretty sure people notice that I'm asian pretty quickly. I have shed my glasses in favor of contacts but I'm told I look less nerdy now. Is that a good or a bad thing?

Movies...something foreign is usually interesting. Favorite movie: Oldboy. Anime is usually good for a weekend in or an overnight marathon. Any food will do. Strange = good. But not always tasty. I baked hot dog brownies last month. Not the finest moment. Bacon pumpkin pie was better. I love a good tasting menu. Future trips: The French Laundry.

My taste in music is a varied mishmash. Off the top of my head, recently I've been listening to Metric, Miaow, Rilo Kiley, Beatles, Heartless Bastards, Muse, Louis Armstrong, Regina Spektor, Loquat, Lenka, and Fauxliage, Krewella.

Favorite TV series include Battlestar Galactica, House MD, Doctor Who, (nearly) every anime, 24, Arrested Development, Archer, Venture Brothers, Seinfeld, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead and cooking type shows. I miss Alton Brown and Ace of Cakes. Sad face. Will have to do with Anthony Bourdain in the meanwhile.

Haven't had much time for books. Last read: the Millenium trilogy
