Well...just to preface, music is one of those things that I
couldn't and wouldn't want to live without, as everyone says. I
like to keep a variety going. It's "the spice of..." as they say.
And while I could say I listen to everything...well I just haven't
heard
everything. Like zydeco music...I've heard some, just
not much of it. But I did see Wayne Toups live...was a good show!
Anyway...

As for movies, I can say that I'm definitely a fan of horror
(particularly Zombie movies, as mentioned earlier. Bad horror
movies hold a special place in my heart too) more so than any genre
(I generally tend to think, the gorier, the better, but it's far
from a necessity)...but I hold no prejudice against any particular
genre (and yes, that includes so called, 'chick-flicks').
To name a few: Amelie,
The Fountain,
The Fall, All of Romero's "Dead"
movies (including remakes),
Martyrs, Blade Runner, What Dreams May

the Future, Flight of the Navigator, Contact, Princess Bride,

Frailty, Escaflowne, Moulin Rouge, Superman series, Batman series,
Sunshine, X-Men series, Can't Hardly Wait, Bourne Series, Groundhog
Day, Short Ciruit, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves/Men in Tights,
Gattaca, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind...okay, I could go
on forever, so I think I should stop.
Books/Authors...I love to read, and will do so when I can. As far
as some favorites go: Ender's Game, Neverwhere, Sandman, American
Gods, Stardust, Good Omens (okay...pretty much anything by Neil
Gaiman), John Dies At the End, I Am Legend (Richard Matheson in
general), Dear Theo, World War Z, The Fuck-Up, Fight Club, Lullaby,
Choke (and again, pretty much any Chuck Palanhiuk), stories.
Flannery O'Connor
As far as TV (though it's not on here): I rarely actually watch
what's on, but I watch a bit on DVD, I tend to lean towards genre
shows: Firefly, Freaks and Geeks, Wonderfalls, Battlestar
Galactica, Caprica, Fringe, Jeremiah, Modern Family, Angel,
Smallville, Heroes, Lost, Carnivale, Jericho, Dead Like Me, Dexter,
Veronica Mars, Home Movies, Undeclared, plus more...
When it comes to food, I've become a bit more adventurous. But
Italian and Mexican are tops. Have had a craving for sushi as of
late too...hm.
