I am intelligent, pragmatic, and curious.
My Self-Summary
I have a wide variety of interests, and am open to new experiences
(I'll try just about anything once).
I particularly enjoy:
-Watching movies (I think of myself as somewhat of a movie buff, so
if you have a good suggestion [that I probably haven't seen] please
let me know).
-Playing and watching most sports, including: basketball, football,
tennis, badminton, and ping pong. I ran track in undergrad.
-Discussing anything of interest, especially politics, movies and
anything related to science.
I am definitely an introvert, but I enjoy spending time with close
family and friends, and meeting new people. I have a very sarcastic
and dry sense of humor.
Favorite quote: "All things change in a dynamic environment. Your
effort to remain what you are is what limits you."
What I’m doing with my life
Attending law school, which I honestly enjoy (maybe I just a
glutton for punishment)
I’m really good at
Not filling out profile essays, that's for sure. I am, however,
good at most sports, board games, and video games. I am fairly
competitive and take pride in doing well in competitive events.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: A Brief History in Time, The Onion (not a book, but a great
read everytime)
Movies: Memento, Road to Perdition, 12 Angry Men, Once Upon a Time
in the West, Princess Mononoke, L.A. Confidential, Gattaca, Ghost
in the Shell
TV: Arrested Development, The Wire, 30 Rock, It's Always Sunny in
Philadelphia, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show
Music: mostly soundtracks (especially anything by Clint Mansell,
Thomas Newman and John Williams)
Food: Chipotle
The six things I could never do without
1. Close friends and family
2. The internet
3. Computer
4. Music
5. Chipotle
6. Science!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Politics, philosophy, and (too much time on) the law.
The big thing I have been thinking about lately is how different
your life could be with just a few small changes (like going to a
different high school or not having that first conversation with
your now best friend).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I take long showers.
You should message me if
You are intelligent, confident, can teach me something interesting
and can make me laugh (though none of these are requirements).
