My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a "jeans and a t-shirt" kinda girl who loves a good glass of wine - although I'll take mediocre too - arts & crafts, crossword puzzles, and my dog. I love crisp fall days, live music, bad tequila, and dark, twisted movies. And, apparently, lists.

Being in D.C. for going on 7 years has taught me to try not to take myself too seriously - there are enough people here to do that for you. I've got kind of a dark sense of humor and am terrible at telling jokes because I somehow always mess up the lead in or the punch line. But I tell them anyway.

Like everyone, I'd like to meet someone who'll take me for grand adventures but can appreciate the simple things in life, like curling up during a thunderstorm with a movie or a good book. Someone who is intellectually curious, emotionally mature and who will respect me as an individual while supporting and caring about me.

I also have a 8 year old golden retriever and she is awesome. She loves swimming (and will try to rescue you if you water ski), people (i.e., attention), and is a therapy dog at a couple of places around the city. Loving dogs is pretty much mandatory.
