I am Logical, Adventurous, and Playful.

My Self-Summary

Hello, I am a native New Yorker who moved to Texas about 6 years ago. I consider myself a laid back normal person. I can't say that was always so. Texas has helped me to relax and enjoy life, rather than just fly through.

I came to this site because the tests were fun. I'm looking for friends mainly, but if I find someone interesting, then who knows maybe it will develop beyond that.

What I’m doing with my life

Enjoying it. I usually work long hours, but I like what I do.

I’m really good at

I'm good at just about anything I choose to put my mind to. I do seem to have an uncanny ability with computers. I've also discovered that I like cooking, if I can find the time, I may also take a couple of courses at the local college on cooking.

The first things people usually notice about me

The first thing people notice about me is my height, my shaved head, and my very deep voice. I usually get pegged as a bad boy. The truth is, if they had taken the time to get to know me. They would have found out that I'm actually very nice and personable.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I listen to a variety of music. Some I like are Type-O-Negative, Tool, Nightwish, Enya, Lacuna Coil, Mercyful Fate, Metal Church, Eurythmics, Aaron Neville, Black Sabbath, Godsmack, Ozzy, Queen, Wagner, and just about everything in between.

I use to like science fiction, fantasy books, although I don't think I've read one in over three years. Lately I've been reading Parallel Worlds, and Hyperspace, both by Michio Kaku. Couple of other books I've read lately are "The Definitive Book of Body Language". Books about Texas Hold'em (Something I put my mind too about 2 years ago), and Joe Navarro's book "What Every Body is Saying".

The six things I could never do without

I don't think I could live without music! The world would be a very dull and dreary place without music.
I couldn't do without computers and the Internet either, at least now that I'm addicted :)

I also need my puppies, and good food.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I think about many things. I may be thinking of the mundane stuff that I have to do later that day. I also think about advanced theories.

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually getting out of work late. When thats the case, I usually head home, put in some music, and play with my dogs. Unless I recorded something I really wanted to watch on tv, I'll go to the computer. Sometimes I can finish up a project that I've been working on. I don't go to a bar very often. Picking someone up is the easy part, but with some of the women I've met lately, it has really turned me off.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I rescue stray dogs from the streets from time to time.

You should message me if

Message me if you would like to discuss philosophy, or maybe politics. I'm not big on the mudane, but I can discuss almost anything.
