Digging around and finding out if something is worth doing before
trying it, thus avoiding scams.

Common sensical things. I mention this because.....I can not even
count the amount of men I have known in recent years that can't do
the most mundane things, and have no idea where to even start doing
them. It shocks me. Things like.....loading the dishwasher
properly. Operating power tools. Coming up with on the fly repairs.
Organizational skills. Maybe they aren't common sense things
anymore?
I am very avid about learning and repairing my own things. I once
fixed my antique table fan when it started shooting sparks at me. I
tried....and failed to fix my computer monitor. Modern electronics
are so sensitive!
I like to work on cars, but it's a slow learning process.
I am drawn to antiques and anything vintage, for the most part.
