My self-summary
I just moved back to NY after a few years in Seattle. I enjoy my job, but not nearly as much as I enjoy food, movies, and reading. I love a good meal and am constantly on the lookout for new and interesting food. Recently, I learned that I like outdoor activities, such as hiking and camping.
What I’m doing with my life
Working at my job as a software engineer, slowly but surely making my way through all that Netflix and the Kindle store have to offer, and spending time with friends and family.
I’m really good at
devil's advocate. It is probably my favorite game.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Movies: every Christopher Nolan movie, most movies Judd Apatow has a hand in (Knocked Up, Old School, etc), all Quentin Tarantino movies, The Matrix, Star Wars (but not so much episodes I and II), Good Will Hunting, Groundhog Day, Lucky Number Slevin, The Fifth Element, most cheesey 80's and 90's action movies (particularly anything with Stallone, Bruce Willis, or Arnold Schwarzenegger), Dumb and Dumber, Zoolander, Wedding Crashers, anything with Leslie Nielsen, Safety Not Guaranteed, and the few Wes Anderson films I've seen were delightful.

TV: Futurama, Breaking Bad, Star Trek: TNG, Freaks and Geeks, Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, House of Cards, Rick and Morty, Malcolm in the Middle, Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Books: A Brave New World, Game of Thrones (shamelessly jumping on the bandwagon), Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Count of Monte Cristo

Food: It is difficult to succinctly summarize my food preferences. I like everything from fast food to fine dining. If I have to list a few of my favorite dishes, I suppose it would go something like: steak and potatoes, eggplant parm, sandwich from either a Jewish or Italian deli (specifically one containing one of the following: pastrami, corned beef, soppressata, etc.), and sushi.

Also, brunch is an absolutely delightful experience. I would add anything that could be considered brunch food to my list of favorites.
The six things I could never do without
Good food, blankets, Netflix, midday weekend naps, family, and laughter
I spend a lot of time thinking about
what my next meal is going to be.
On a typical Friday night I am
At home, under a blanket watching a movie or reading a book, eating a good meal, or out doing something with friends.
You should message me if
you like to eat and you like to laugh
