I can’t imagine life without international friends, international
food or international travel plans. Born and raised in Bulgaria, I
came to the U.S. for the first time about 12 years ago to go to
college. That was the beginning of a fascinating journey that
continues to this day -- from the Midwest (Oberlin, Ohio), to the
East Coast (DC), to the Bay Area (Palo Alto and now the
I can't spend long periods of time with people who don't appreciate
humor and sarcasm, or people who never laugh at themselves. I also
love seeing ambition, curiosity and the spirit of adventure in the
eyes of those around me.
What I’m doing with my life
I work in corporate sustainability. I enjoy talking about it, but don't insist on it. I'm happy to explain it, answer any questions, or cover it in depth in person.
I’m really good at
Reflecting while relaxing, focusing while reading or working,
talking while walking, observing people. Many people tell me I am a
good listener for a guy.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably my accent.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why people do the things they do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Most likely enjoying a drink out with friends, or cooking/eating
together at someone's place. Maybe a movie or comedy show?
Exploring an unfamiliar part of the city? Or just taking it easy,
no big deal.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
There is a time and a place for everything.
You should message me if
If you see a good match, don't be too shy. Say hi.
