My self-summary
I tell science jokes periodically. I usually get no reaction.

If you too are into dry, witty, nerdy or punny humor I will probably want to be your friend for life. Sarcasm is also acceptable. Sass is my favorite. You have been warned ;P In fact, this entire profile should be viewed as a warning as opposed to an attempt to entice you.

Play (in the childish sense, you perv) is super important to me. You might say I take my playfulness very seriously. Or you might not. I have no idea what you'd say, honestly.

I am a feminist of the intersectional variety who cares a great deal about social justice. If any of that invokes any negative feelings for you please take this opportunity to kindly fuck right off.

I am polyamorous. Polyamory (from Greek πολύ [poly], meaning "many" or "several", and Latin amor, "love") is the practice, desire, or acceptance of having more than one intimate relationship at a time with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved.

Intimate relationships are more than sex. Sex is great but not everything and I want to find people who are interested in me as a person and not the sex we can have. Please don't ask me to hook up.

I am on here mostly to network. I am planning a cross country adventure with my partner, cogwerks, that will hopefully start in the spring. I would love to spark friendships with people all over the continental US so that when I jump in my new mobile adventure buggy and start pinballing all over the place I'll already know some rad people to have awesome experiences with.
What I’m doing with my life
I currently work for a non-profit that shall remain nameless here cause.... you know, dating site.

The plan is to buy some sort of a living space with and engine and wheels and adventure around until I either get sick of it or find something that excites me more. I am currently saving up for said trip and researching obscure and fun destinations.

When I'm not combing sites like Atlas Obscura and tiny house blogs for travel inspiration I spend as much time enjoying nature as I can manage. My legs are forever marred by bramble scratches in the warm months. I spend every clear evening I can scanning the skies with celestial binoculars.
I’m really good at
Noticing things like the pollen on a bumble bee's legs or the way the light streams through the trees and hits the grass in a real pretty way.

Stumbling on cobblestone. (I like to tell myself it is adorable.)

Being indecisive. Why not both?!?!

Making rat pun names. I have three female rats (they are frelling awesome!) and their names are Cleoratra, Marilyn Monrat and Ratniss Everdeen.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm told my smile is a thing that is pretty neat. Also, my glasses. They're pointy.
