My self-summary
Self-summary, fewer words more meaning. I'm what i think i am at any given moment. Yesterday a child, tomorrow unknown, today part comedian, part writer part scientificish. Interests include, running, biking, electronics, science fiction (not sci-fi), music and even more! What a fun thing to talk about.
What I’m doing with my life
Doing stuff, mainly real things; breathing, eating, moving, burning, growing as a person, expanding my perception of reality and all the beautiful things within it. I am actually traveling Europe with my brother and his idiot friend right now. 2 months in the EU, back in the US by mid August. Its amazingly fun, i'd recommend it,
I’m really good at
Conversing, pointless things, reading, putting inadequate descriptions online, making people laugh. Telling jokes that may or may not be appropriate or necessary.
The first things people usually notice about me
Good things! I'm tallish, descended from apes and quite good at things related to me contextually.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Dune, Slaughterhouse Five etc.
Movies: Stranger Than Fiction, Blazing Saddles (every Brooks film really)
Shows: Portlandia, That Mitchell and Webb Look, Southpark (of course), The Kids in the Hall,
Food: Good Food! Almost all ranges of food, i draw my proverbial line in the sand with things like human flesh and all that nastiness.
Music: Mos Def/Yasiin Bey, Nickel Creek, Piano Concerto (Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovski), Tupac, Clinton Fearon, King Missile and Major Lazer.
The six things I could never do without
Air, adenosine triphosphate, a good pipe, pen and paper, reading material
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Cosmological Theory, narrative structure, politics, comedy, the best way to make an omelette. How to find wher the party at.
On a typical Friday night I am
Wine and places and friends.
