My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Native Marylander; transplant New Yorker.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Generally keeping pace with my life, exhausting myself in the process, and loving every second of it.

Wearing a suit and tie to work.

As a hobby... making music as much as possible. I've been in and out of bands ever since I was 12.

Always active. Played lacrosse in college and now spend a lot of my time at the gym, cycling, running, hiking, lacrosse, golfing, etc. Always down to play any sport.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
splurging on obscure brands of whiskey, cooking dinner, naps, purchasing new music with a reckless abandon, willing Dairy Queens into existence on long road trips, finding a 25th hour to squeeze into my day, being a pro-level travel companion.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Serious and passionate about the important things; easy-going about the rest.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
books: All of them. If you recommend it, I'll read it.

movies: Paul Thomas Anderson, Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Terrence Malick, Coen brothers, random documentaries I stumble across on Netflix.

music: I can enjoy or at least appreciate almost any genre. Going to shows and discovering indie/local bands is one of the best parts about being in the city.

tv: I still say the The Wire is the reigning G.O.A.T (greatest of all time) but damn if Breaking Bad isn't up there. It's Always Sunny and Archer make me laugh the most.

food: I'll try anything once... except beets. To hell with beets.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family and friends are all I need. Everything else is just stuff. Sour Patch Kids are pretty good too though.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Is today going to be the day Lou Bega drops "Mambo No. 6"?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either staying in to recover from the week or going out to do something that will make for a great story on Saturday.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Two truths and a lie: I'm conversational in Chinese, a nationally-ranked pro kite surfer, and I was once a ninja for Halloween 6 years in a row.
