My self-summary
"All I want to do is ride bikes with you and stay up late and maybe spoon."

I don't like fancy things.

I want to cook for you.

I have about as much game as a 5-year-old.

I've been playing drums for 13 years; it's kinda my thing.

I like your lazy eye, your stretchmarks, your asymmetrical face... All the things you're self conscious about are probably my favorite things about you.
What I’m doing with my life
I ride my bike every day.

I make music, take care of stray cats, write, read, and play video games.

I work at Whole Foods and I love it. I get paid to dick around in the kitchen and make awesome food with people who are passionate about said food. It's a great company and this is where I want to make my career.

"If you're making enough to get by
Then you're livin' life right, but still try
To find everything that brings meaning to being
The question should always be "why?" "
I’m really good at
-Forgiving
-Empathizing
-Rhythm
-Sincerity
-Chain smoking
-Appreciating your quirks, flaws, and imperfections
The first things people usually notice about me
How sweaty I am because, fuck, it's Summertime in Houston and I rode my bike here.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books- I'm really into speculative science fiction.

Movies- The Life Aquatic, Burn After Reading, and Walk Hard are some of my favorites. Sometimes I spend all night watching Vice documentaries.

Music- Lately I've been listening to Future Islands' Undressed album, Fleetwood Mac, Renaissance Sound, Modest Mouse, Neil Young, and Animals As Leaders. (Death Cab's early albums are a guilty pleasure of mine.)

Food- How much I like something is heavily dependent upon how well it mixes with Sri Racha. I like to eat food that makes me feel good about eating it.
The six things I could never do without
How about, "six things I'd rather not do without"?

Bicycle
Something to read
Cold weather
Drumsticks
Pen and paper
Caaaats
I spend a lot of time thinking about
-What I can do to be a better person and morality in general
-Syncopations and polyrhythms
-How fucking beautiful things can be
-How I'm gonna fix all these stray cats
-Inequality, injustices, and the like
-Which planets would be the most practical to terraform, interstellar travel, sentient life on other planets... Y'know, nerd stuff
-Gender, sexuality, and how neither are binary

More often I'm either focused on the present or cringing about something stupid I did years ago. I have a hard time letting go of my fuck-ups.
On a typical Friday night I am
I typically work Fridays, so, that, then a couple beers in the parking lot with coworkers. If I'm not working, I'm probably relaxing at home- I'd rather go out on a weekday. I also like to go for rides at, like, 2am.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I recently got over an eating disorder. It was a big deal.
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi guys
  • Ages 19–30
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
-You have a bike and use it too.
-You want to make music.
-You like to have a few drinks most nights.
(If you meet 2/3 of those, we're pretty much golden.)

So there's no doubt, I'm trans-friendly. I wasn't sure where else to mention that.
