I am seriously thinking about moving to the Orlando area, by the end of April. I don't know many people there, except my sister, whom I'll be staying with.
I have been blessed in my life, having lived abroad in such exotic places as the Middle East, Europe and the Caribbean. Having traveled so far, I have kept my strong Midwestern values, believe in common courtesy, and cherish the little things in life. I have a strong heart and a good head on my shoulders. Cheerful and good natured; I am ready to help anybody who asks for it. My friends say I have a very good heart. I am an easy going, low maintenance, and adventurous person who is willing to get out of my comfort zone to experience new things; especially food, culture and traveling. How I love to travel! I try not to take life too seriously, yet know when to be serious. My most favorite thing is to spend an evening with friends (or family); to have good food and stimulating conversations, and glorious desserts!
I believe the most important traits that a couple needs to have are communication, patience, friendship, and the ability to listen. I am looking for a man to share what lies ahead. A man with a kind soul, a jest for life, and an intellectual curiosity; one who can stretch my boundaries and open my eyes and mind to new things. Someone who is my better half, someone who brings out the best in me and most important, someone who wants me for those very same reasons!

I'm in customer service in my professional life. Privately I am interested in natural/alternative health methods. I have resolved to lose those 10-15 stubborn pounds I have left to lose! My goal is exercising 3-4 times a week, and getting back into walking. I try to meditate daily, yet usually happens a couple times a week.
I lead an active life with family and friends. I enjoy bon-fire nights, movies, and good conversation. Now with the Midwest winter months moving in, I'm more of a homebody. Books, knitting, designing jewelry are more my more current activities.

I enjoy a wide range of books, and usually have 2 or 3 on the go. On my night stand I have "Fallen Masters" by John Edward; and "Does The Noise In My Head Bother You?" by Steven Tyler.
As for movies I'm into action and suspense, and not a big fan of 'Chick flicks' or Horror.
Musically I'm very eclectic! Everything from classical to classic rock, jazz, blues, etc. Not so much hip-hop, country, western, disco/techno, but you know, there's always a song or two that are great!

I think about Myself, and what I need or want to do next. My friends and what is happening to them. I wonder what my cats think about when I'm gardening. I wonder how it would feel to be a bird, being able to fly through the trees. I wonder if the Conspiracy Theories are true. I pondered putting crushed chillis into the expresso cookie mix I was making for dessert Friday night. How laundry, dishes, and cleaning are a never ending processes...

I'm usually working. However when I'm not working I visit with friends or work on art projects, you know the usual stuff.
