I'm returning home after travelling South East Asia for 5 months (December 2012-May 2013).
After visiting Northern Thailand (I did the south in 2003), I travelled through Laos into Cambodia and fell in love with it, after over 2 months I decided to move on and see what I was missing.
Indonesia didn't disappoint and I was privileged to come face to face with orangutans, what incredible creatures. I flew through Malaysia so will have to return and made a last pit stop in Krabi.

I'm returning to a job I love, youth support, and looking forward to making people jealous with my super tan. I'm confident, intelligent, articulate, adventurous, verbose (except when tired when all of the above disappear.)

I love festivals, sunshine, candles, cuddles, ducklings, dogs (except scary ones) reading, watching Dexter, Breaking bad, 24, Bourne Trilogy, 10 things I hate about you, the Avengers...

People fascinate me, I love getting to know new people, exploring similarities as well as differences, and making connections, hence an interest in the world of polyamory/ethical non-monogomy. It's a concept I was only introduced to recently by Lowjack79 when we met in August 2012 before I left the country for longer than we'd spent together so I agreed to give it a try. The benefits? Absence of jealousy which often gets in the way with monogamy, freedom to explore other connections. This doesn't mean I'm a slut who sleeps around, it just means I'm open to the fact that there isn't just one soul mate out there, different people bring out different facets of our personality, and we are free to embrace that.

I've been on a mission to find my second home, I thought I found it in Cambodia, but I loved Indonesia and there is plenty more world to see.

Whilst I love my job, I'm paid well for something that fulfills me, I work to live, to travel, to enjoy as many new and exciting experiences as I can cram into two score and ten and hopefully a few extra.

Books by Paulo Coelho - Athena, Veronica decides to die and The devil and miss prim. Poverty in Liverpool, Ireland or anything about other people's cultures, oh and slight obsession with Henry VIII.

Films - Blood diamond is awesome. Last King of Scotland, Bourne Trilogy as 4 was wank. Beaches haha, bit of nostalgia. City of God - Epic. I do love Slumdog millionaire. I like foreign, independent cinema, enjoyed the pint and a film at Duke of York in Brighton. I watch action movies mostly. Just re-discovered comedy.

Shows - Les miserables made me cry twice through a standing ovation. Blood brothers and avenue q awesome. Stomp rocked. I love musical theatre with a passion.

Music -Oldies particularly 80's. The Correspondents and E.M.E at Kendall calling 2012 were awesome. I'm a sucker for a sax, soul, motown, as well as things I can get my rock onto like Kings of Leon or Stereophonics.

Food - Steak, vegetables roasted or raw, dips, prawns, Thai. I love cooking new recipes and experimenting with Asian flavours. Not bad at Jamie Olivers carrot cake with mascarpone topping to die for.

Sexual healing, reminiscing to some old school tunes, writing diaries, sunshine rays, laughing, travel.

Where my next holiday destination will be, how to be the best person I can possibly be, how to be good at stuff, why I'm so clumsy.

Approaching 30 I choose pubs over clubs everytime, but even better is cooking for my friends. Perhaps even better, a festival or Brighton beach in the summer. Quite happy to curl up with a movie, especially in winter. The theater, especially musical will always be able to tempt me out...
