Films.
I enjoy a bit of Christopher Nolan, Danny Boyle, Frank Darabont, some of Zach Snyder's films and everything Joss Whedon has ever made ever. Even the shit ones. Though if you want some specific films, I love, in no particular order:

The Prestige, The Shawshank Redemption, Watchmen, The Dark Knight, Memento, The Green Mile, Sunshine, Schindler's List, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Psycho (The 1960 version, not the remake), Rear window, Se7en, Dr Strangelove, A Clockwork Orange, Shaun of the Dead, Pan's Labyrinth, Blade Runner, Moon, No Country for Old Men and so, so many more.

Books
I don't read as much as I used to, but I'm still plugging my way through A Song of Ice and Fire. I like Stephen King, especially His short stories, and I am an avid Tolkein fan.

TV
Game of Thrones, HBO minisieries' like Band of Brothers/The Pacific, The Walking Dead, Firefly, Red Dwarf, Black Books, QI, Blackadder, The IT Crowd.

Music
Pretty much anything. Though I like a bit of celtic/folk-metal. Bands like Korpiklaani, Finntroll, Eluvietie, and the like. Though my taste ranges well beyond that into things like 1930's jazz and film/video game soundtracks. As well as the occasional bit of indie-rock.
