My name is Doug Holmes, I have lived in Thornton, Colorado my entire life and have loved every minute of it. I am a Christian but not currently attending any church, I believe in the more spiritual aspect of Christianity, which is not following the Bible every single word for word, or going to church every Sunday, I believe in developing a personal spiritual relationship with God and Jesus. I am a amateur composer and I absolutely love music off all types and genres, I love music ranging from Medieval to modern Death Metal. My favorite genre though is in the form of Symphonic music ranging from the early classical music, like Bach, Beethoven, to modern film composers such as Hans Zimmer and John Williams, I also enjoy rock music and metal alot, my favorite Metal band is Demon Hunter. I am very passionate about music. I have been working odd jobs lately as my work field is bad right now. I worked at Thorncreek Golf Course last summer, and for the Holiday season I am working at Toys'R'Us.

I am continuing to compose music and am learning alot about every day. I also make some videos on YouTube, mostly Let's Plays (gameplay commentary videos in which I play a game and do a commentary at the same time).

That I am quiet and shy, but I am working on getting more outgoing.

I love the Lord on the Rings trilogy, both the books and the movies. I am a big fan of Star Wars and a bit of a fan of Star Trek, I really liked the new Star Trek movie. I like watching movies, both modern and classics. I love Action, Sci-fi and Fantasy, but I do like other types as well.
As for Food... Pizza! I also like American, Italian, and Chinese Food.
But my main passion is in Music, I love all types of music, I love Classical Music of all types. My favorite composers are Igor Stravinsky, Samuel Barber, Modest Mussorgsy, and Beethoven. I also like composers such as Dvorak, Rodrigo, George Gershwin, Aaron Copland, and many others. I also enjoy Rock music, from classic artists such as the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and modern artists. I also enjoy some metal like Demon Hunter, and such.
I am also a gamer, I love playing games of many different styles.
