My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
To Whom it may concern,

I live by myself, pay my own rent, make my bed in the morning, and love my family.

I moved to NYC form SoCal, but grew up in Texas. People have told me that I am not the typical New York guy. I am still not sure what that means. Could be good or bad I guess.

So I thought I would throw out some keywords that would best describe me and some things I like to do. If you are a woman who recognizes yourself in some of them, I think it might be worth taking the time to keep on reading my profile. If you do not keep reading, I swear I won’t be upset with you. I will never know anyway.

Travel, laid back, surprises, music, gym, home cooked feasts, passionate, intimate, witty banter, running partner, dancing, sports, books, open mind, photography, road trip, spontaneity, sharing, simplicity, respectful, flip flops, down to earth, ambitious, xenophile.

In addition to the above keywords I am passionate about travel outside the country, the ocean, surfing, skiing out west, scuba diving, and outdoor adventure in general. Staying active is the way I trend, but I do love a lazy Sunday on bed island every now and then.

“We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.”
Dr. Seuss
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
After graduating from culinary and business school I explored a few career paths. I have settled into a exciting career marketing an amazing selection spirit brands (mostly whiskey) to the world. It is a two sided brain job where I get to be evenly strategic and creative.

In my personal life I love to seek out new and interesting experiences. It would be great to have a co-pilot to share in the adventure.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Planning last minute adventures, winning pillow fights, making a bad day better, choosing the next bar, apre ski, surprises, pranks, interacting with strangers at parties, leaving notes, ping pong, late night dance-offs, and being your date at a wedding.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My crooked teeth, bad breath, runny nose, wrinkled shirt, hairy back, thick glasses, hunch back, fat ass, missing arm, and my lazy eye.

Books - I read mostly coloring books and choose your own adventure novels. Kerouac, Hemmingway, Allan Weisbacker, Malcomb Gladwell, Tom Wolfe, Krakauer, and bill Bryson are not so bad.

Movies - Indie films, documentaries, comedies, and a romcom everynow and then. Some films include Wet Hot American Summer, Caddy Shack, Jaws, Goonies, National Lampoons Vacation, and anything done by Wes Anderson.

TV - Murder She Wrote, Golden Girls, The Bachelor, Blossom, The Walking Dead, the original 90210, Fresh Prince of Bel-air, Alf, Snorks, Silver Spoon, Charles in Charge, and Louie. I don't watch a ton of tv so my DVR is usually leaking onto the floor.

Music - Van Morrison, Talking Heads, Rolling Stones, Sam Cooke, Broken Social Scene, M85, Modes Mouse, Head and the Heart, Pixies, Bob M. , Kid Kuddi, Jay-Z, Notorious BIG, Roxy Music,Tennis, Florence and the Machine, Guy Clark, Black Keys, Bob Dylan, Beck, J Roddy Waltson and the Business, Edward Sharpe, Gil Scott, Mike Snow.....

Food - I am an adventurous eater and tend take chances on strange food in foreign countries and bad neighborhoods.

-How to make more desserts on the BBQ
On a typical Friday night I am
