I am Confident, Adventurous, and Intelligent.
My Self-Summary
I love life and have an awesome sense of humor; confidence is my
greatest strength. I believe in integrity, self-motivation, and
living life to it's fullest. I love offroading, the outdoors,
playing guitar and piano, traveling, cooking, and random
adventures.
I've lived life much beyond my 24 years, and when you meet me,
you'll understand.
My motto is "work hard, play hard" - emphasis on play hard.
What I’m doing with my life
Professional life:
I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces February of
2008 after I had satisfied my contractual obligation of over four
years. Now I am using the Montgomery GI Bill to finish college. I
am actively pursuing a transfer/AA at College of the Canyons. I
intend to transfer to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and finish my
Masters at USC or UCLA. My field of study is Business Finance and
Accounting. Currently, I am very involved in school, and the local
community. I volunteer for the Red Cross and I belong to the Junior
Chamber International, the Chamber of Commerce, intern at the Small
Business Development Center as an intern where I help with the
Young Entrepreneurs Program. I also work here and there as a chef
for hire and help out catering for anything from weddings to
private dinner parties for Hollywood actors.
Personal life:
Right now I'm working with a few singers and piecing together an
album; but I'm only in it for the fun of playing & writing
music. I have so many hobbies and passions, it's hard to keep up
with them all; unfortunately, I don't have a lot of time in my
schedule which makes the whole "dating" life a little difficult.
I'm very independent and not the type of guy that will call you
every minute of the day or be jealous if you hit the town without
me; I respect that we all have our own lives and I would like to
fit into someones cohesively. I'm looking for someone to compliment
my life, as I compliment theirs; trust is key in a relationship.
I’m really good at
Cooking
Entertaining
Socializing
Playing guitar & Piano
Public Speaking
Driving a gigantic monster truck
Business Networking
The first things people usually notice about me
My blue eye's and my sense of humor. It's hard to tell from reading
text, but I'm a very jovial person and like to laugh & joke
around.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: With so much reading to do in college, it's hard to find
time to read for fun, but boy can I tell you about supply &
demand and how to graph F(x) = whatever.
Movies: The classics like Mighty Python and the Holy Grail,
Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill, Clockwork Orange. Comedy, art, and
originality are the traits I look for in films.
Music: Stevie Ray Vaughn, Texas Blues, early 90's alternative -
Cake, Radiohead, recent bands - The Killers, Death Cab, The
Raconteurs, Deftones, Damion Rice, Jeff Buckley, Modest Mouse,
Weezer, Green Day, and Marley (to name a few).
The six things I could never do without
Education
Initiative
Family
Freedom
Financial Independence
Music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future, and how to become very successful. What the next
adventure has in store.
On a typical Friday night I am
You name it. From playing pool to bull fights in Mexico on acid,
I'm down. Maybe not the bull fight, or the acid part, but I'm all
over the road for a typical Friday night if I'm not chained to the
books studying.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
What do you want to know? What's the point of getting to know
someone if you aren't going to be honest with them. Just ask.
Oh... I'm addicted to Mexican food. Ok, there, I said it.
You should message me if
You're looking to meet someone who cares about their future, and
someone who will make you laugh.
Even if we meet up and don't hit it off relationship-wise, I'm
always cool with having new friends to kick it with. I guarantee
you will have fun with me - and if you're lucky enough, I'll make
you dinner!
