I had a fabulous time in Fiji in April. I returned to discover that I was suddenly (after 15 years) in the job market! After a very focused six week job search I'm fully employed and counting down the days to the next dive trip (Honduras in October.) Note: I still don't have a roommate/ dive buddy for that trip.

Anyway, as the title says, I'm a fat chick-- some people might use terms such as BBW, Full figured, Plus Sized, Large, Generously Proportioned, Rubenesque, or some other term meaning Large. Take a look at my photos and decide for yourself whether or not I might be your 'cup of tea.' I'm looking to meet some (a?) new friend(s). Ideally someone who might actually be a scuba diver, or at least enjoy talking about diving and looking at underwater photos. Preferably someone somewhat more liberal than Atila the Hun -- although, this might be negotiable for someone who finds me REALLY attractive.

I'd like to find a long term, or at least ongoing relationship, but I also recognize that some fun dates could be a great way to start.

I'm a psychologist. I work for a cutting edge assisted living agency where I train new therapists. There's no need to be concerned, I only "therapize" when someone is paying for it. In addition to the day job, I also teach part time. So that adds up to 'working alot' -- I wouldn't mind a reason to be distracted! I'm looking to add more 'social' to my life.

I'm a pretty good cook, a great bargain hunter, and a fanatical warm water scuba diver. I've been told I'm a good kisser - but, perhaps you should judge for yourself.

It probably depends on the person... I imagine either my hair or eyes... or maybe the size of my.... uh, never mind... but, in the right situation it might be the red and black wet suit with the funny looking ears... or, it could be the 75 pound black dog at my side... I wonder what you might notice?

Well.... favorite depends a bit on the day... Movies - wide range of interests - action (as long as there isn't too much gratuitous violence), documentaries, comedies, romantic comedies. Books -I'm still recovering from the overdose of professional reading during grad school - I enjoy mysteries for escapism. Music -- varied, as long as it isn't too loud... jazz, folk, world, singer - song writer, rock (generally somewhat lighter stuff), some classical, some country. It's a plus if it can be heard in small clubs or coffee houses. Not much for rap, hip-hop, opera. Food - most anything.

Let's see... scuba diving, diet coke, cool breezes, clean sheets, ice cream, reading material, affection, touch.

My last dive trip, my next dive trip, editing underwater photos and anything related to scuba diving!! Other common topics include social issues, creativity, and ways to procrastinate household chores.

wondering why I didn't make plans earlier in the week. So, with no plans, I focus on laundry, household chores, and maximizing nap time. Pathetic, I know.... can you save me from myself?
