My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’m a kind, intellectual Aquarius; people more in the know on astrological signs say I’m a dead ringer for it (I really hope that’s a good thing). I have an eccentric, easy going attitude, that being said I get pretty animated when I’m passionate about a subject. I'm defiantly a night person; there's nothing quite like going for a walk while the world is asleep. I'm funny, sweet, and a bit retiring, but have an adventurous side too and a smart ass streak a mile long.

Buyer beware: I've been told I'm sort of a nerd ;P I love Sci-fi and Anime, as well as the strangeness of indy films. I also partake in NPR and Science shows / Documentaries.

The greatest passion in my life is art; I love to draw. I do some comic/manga-ish work and have worked on web comics, as well as commission work when it comes. I've exibited in a few shows and even did some graphic work for an indy movie (real classy piece, a puppet zombie musical).

I'm looking for someone with a good sense of humor and intelligence. You should be kind, but with a little bit of a bite (wouldn’t want life to get boring, right?). Must enjoy discussing ideas and have an inquisitive nature.

PS: I don’t know why I look so stoned in this picture, I assure you I’m not. ^-^
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working as a production artist, while doing some commission work on the side, as well as a bit of my own stuff when I can

My crazy-long blond hair, currently down past my chest.

Movies: Far too many, but I'll try to trim it down to the essentials...

Anything by Hal Hartley, Fight Club, Empire Strikes Back, Crank, Conan the Barbarian (who can hate a barbarian flick that ends with the main character doing exestential combat with himself over the nature of his own existance), The Big Lebowski, Akira, Pi, Zombie Movies, Clerks, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind, Spaghetti Westerns, DeathRace 2000(original), Tree of Life, The New Batman movies, Spaghetti Westerns, Superbad... the list goes on... oh, indy films and cult classics always score high with me, and foreign films ain't bad either.

TV: Simpsons, MST3k, Game of Thrones, Rome (really most of the HBO epics), Terminator, Battlestar Galactica, Doctor Who, Adventure Time, Robot Chicken, History of Britain, TED talks, Frontline, and a bunch of random Anime, Parks and Rec. Documentaries

Music: I'm always on the prowl for something I haven't yet heard, so this is constantly changing: TMBG, Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Led Zepplin, The Noisettes, Jimmy Hendrix, Dar Williams, Bo Didley, Wagner, Cash, Latch Brothers, Rolling Stones... basically anything not modern Country or most rap, and even then there are songs I like.

Books: Call of the Wild, Snow falling on Ceders, Oryx and Crake, vonnegut, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Arthur C. Clarke (hey, the guy has a chunk of the sky named after him!), anything by The Onion.

Manga and Graphic novels: Walking Dead, BPRD, Dark Knight, Superman All stars, Berzerk, Battle Angel, Nausicca, Lum, Alan Moore, Grant Morrison, Garth Ennis (sometimes)

Food: I can't eat wheat anymore, which sucks because do you know what has wheat in it... EVERYTHING GOOD! I love Italian food, Chili, Burgers, Steak, Mexican, Indian, Subs, Tai and Chinese. I'm slowly finding work arounds for the things I'm forbidden from, so I'm still exploring the restaurant scene in the area.

I also enjoy a variety of board games and video games, when time and company allow. I have an off and on obsession with Elder Scrolls and Minecraft
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) My art tools (I'm just gonna count this stuff as one thing, or we'd need a new list)
2) My laptop
3) Soda Fountains with cherry syrup dispensers
4) Friends and family (I'm cheating again, I know)
5) My Chuck Taylors
6) The Love of friends and family... but if that's not available then more Cherry Dr. Dew soda, that stuff rocks!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Too many things: politics, psychology, philosophy, society, the future, a future where apes evolved from men, universal myth, movies, art, books, people, technology, social trends, the gathering darkness.

...Usual gambit I guess...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It can vary a lot from week to week. Once every month I try to take my brothers and sister for the week-end (they are 17, 15, and 8; father had a few families after ours dissolved). Also once a month I try to visit my Grandfather at his home up North (80+ and still living alone, the man's a machine!). For the other days I could be hanging with friends, Working on art, or perhaps even on a date.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I'm having a constant fight with this site's personality appraiser.
How the hell can somebody be more literary and less well read? This is sadly a long running issue. The damn thing also keeps posting that I have the compassion of a plague fly, which according to the Keirsey report is the polar opposite of my personality. I assure you I am quite compassionate (and if you can't trust a random guy online, who can you trust? :] )
