What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working, studying, partying and generally getting up to no good.

I've just taken a less demanding and less well paid job in order to study something that i love.

I'm currently exploring my artistic side again, since i have more time to myself, and I'm really enjoying it.

I am constantly self improving, and trying to be the best I can.
I'm surprisingly domestic and i've spent a lot of time making my house just right.

Edit: (This changes with what my current focus is...)
Traditional Archery (Longbow)
Medieval swordsmanship
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Asking too many questions.
Making things.
Seeing things others dont.

Seriously? I have way too many favorites to list here.... This might take a while to flesh out.

Movies: I'm a massive sci fi fantasy geek, but i love film in general, and it's hard to find something good that i haven't seen.

List: Speilberg, Ridley Scott, Kevin Smith, McG, Kubrick, Miyazaki , James Cameron, Luc Besson, Tim Burton.

Shows: I don't watch TV, but i do automatically download things from the internet and watch them when i can.
I look at the shows on Teev, and i swear, most of them are cop shows! Why?!!? Even when i find a new one thats not a cop show, halfway into the first episode, its formulaic and i realise "Shit, its another cop show".

If you have a look at my torrent list (mid 2012) it goes something like this:
Suits, White Collar, Warehouse 13, True Blood, Continuum, Breaking bad, True blood, Falling Skies, Burn notice, Tron uprising, Eureka, Archer, Fairly legal, Big Bang Theory, Game of thrones, Mythbusters, Magic City, Fringe, Castle, House, Bones...
Shows I lament the loss of are Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Red Dwarf, X-files, MST3K, Heroes, Buffy, Deadwood, Lexx...

Noone on here really cares about non-fiction books, so i won't list them.
Novels tend towards the fantastic and mysterious. I used to read a lot until a few years ago, where social life, work and a myriad of other things took preference. I read in sporadic moments when I can... on the bus, waiting for someone, killing time, but i never really get to sit down with a -novel- and just read until my eyes fall out, or the sun comes up, like i used to. Too often these days that is done with non-fiction books in the name of learning.

Here are some authors I find inspiring: Feist, J.R.R, Pratchett, William Gibson, Neal Stephenson, Douglas Adams, Orwell, Kafka, Herbert, Orson Scott Card, Heinlein, Asimov, Clarke, Le Guin...

Music is a very important in my life. My favorites tends toward Progressive/Psytrance/Darkpsy, Goth/Prog/Grunge/Alt/Synth Rock, Tech and Doom/Prog/Folk/Death - Metal, IDM, EBM, Industrial Gabber/Terrorcore/Cybergrind... but honestly im pretty open when it comes to music. I love the feeling of finding a new band no matter what genre, and falling in love with it, so if you have any suggestions, you should message me. Again with the "It's hard to find something good that i havent heard"

What i like playing and what i like listening to vary greatly. (Don't ask me how that works...) I play bass primarily, but also guitar, tin whistle, And i like learning folk, classical and rock on guitar, and love LOVE playing blues on bass, as well as funk and jazz elements. I (used to?) play bass in an off again off again prog metal band that you've probably never heard of.

Food: 2 years ago i would have said im a carnivore, but recently two of my friends have opened my eyes to some fantastic vege and vegan dishes, and places. Fake duck! OMG it's so so good! I'm allergic to capsaicin so stay an arms length away from anything with chilli in it. I love it though, and sometimes fold, and then feel like im about to die for the next few hours, so it has to be worth it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Smart phone, Coffee, Sex, Books, Laptop, New rocks.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything... my mind is way too active.
Self improvement.
How do i fit in all the things that i want to do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Typical? No such thing. I tend to vary it up a bit, and let the mood take me where it wants.
I might be out (or indeed in) with friends, having a drink, seeing a band, playing a game, watching a movie, or just enjoying each others company.
Or i could be completely dead, and be home watching a movie, playing a game, making music, making art, cleaning or sleeping.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
yeah, no.
