My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey, I'm Ashley, I'm in college right now and I must say I enjoy the learning very very much. Let's just get this straight: I'm a libertarian, a feminist/equalist, a humanitarian, a social activist, agnostic, and as you can maybe imagine, I'm extremely, ridiculously, sensitive. I'm hoping to major in one of the social sciences, my main interests regarding that are sociology, family relations, and pre-social work. I love to debate about stuff that I care about and I can get extremely passionate. If you are the same, we should hang out. Also we should hang out if you are maybe a little shy or introverted and you don't get spooked by people (such as myself) who aren't *super* outgoing. I'm getting really tired of going to parties where I don't know anyone except for one friend who's really extroverted.

I am sensitve, intuitive, and cause-oriented
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I just moved back to my hometown of the Salt Lake City from a terrible hell-hole called St George and am thrilled--I repeat--THRILLED to be back. Right now I'm just working on getting some money so I can get hopefully move in with some friends while going to school. Trying to plan maybe a summer trip with some friends, possibly to San Fransisco, maybe New York City, or if we aim really really high, the Netherlands. I'm dutch, by the way.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Fashion design. I've taken a break from it lately but designing and sewing clothes is my personal form of artwork, along with writing. There have been times in my life where I can just charm the daylights out of people, but lately I've been really shy. I'm also really good at understanding people when they're upset. My friends like to come and cry to me a lot. Im usually really good at thinking critically. . .and by effect also really good at BSing. . .having a wide vocabulary helps with that too. Although I will admit, I'm not good at sports. Or working at coffee shops. . .I really seem to suck at that.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Lots of people tell me I walk like a dancer. I still don't quite understand what that means, but apparently lots of people notice the way I walk. Or they might notice that I'm not dressed very "trendily," as I like to say. . .I'm pretty resourceful with clothes, I get them from thrift stores or yard sales, or every once in awhile I'll wear something I designed. I can't remember the last time I bought a piece of clothing brand new in a store.

Or I guess if we're talking personality, the people in St George might notice that I "think too much." Hmmm. . .I still don't quite understand why those people always insisted that I shut my brain off. (Did I mention I'm happy to be back in my hometown?) Or you might notice, if we're in a big group, that yes, I am a little reserved.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
If we're talking about actual THINGS, like OBJECTS, then I would say. . .: (Not prioritized) 1)a camera every now and then, 2)journal, 3)cd player, 4)Some device to watch movies with, 5)food, 6)telephone or some other means of communication
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The differences and similarities between different people and whether these differences are inborn or conditioned, and why some people seem to be less traumatized by social conditioning than others, and how one's family dynamics(ex: birth order, religion) affect those variables.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Lately I've been staying out all night with a particular individual who I find absolutely fascinating. Sometimes I end up at a party, sometimes I stay at home watching a movie and relaxing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
As much as I wanted to get out of High School. . .I had an excuse to be anti-social there, now in college peole expect me to be outgoing and sometimes I really just don't feel like it. So being out of High school isn't as great as I had expected, I suppose.

You're AWESOME! Especially if you're liberal or if you just have a cause. We don't necessarily need to agree, but I personally enjoy interacting with people who have a passion and who actually care about something. If you have a lust for life. . .if you just AREN'T INDIFFERENT one way or the other, then I already find you interesting enough to talk to. Oh and btw I am not looking for romantic partners right now. I already am in a relationship and aside from that I need to figure out where I'm going before I try to pursue any other relationships. For future reference, when I am looking for romantic partners I don't consider guys who are more than four years older than me, and even four years would be a stretch. It's nothing personal, just a guidline I set for myself. I am however, looking for friends both male and female.
