If you read all of my profile let me know, because I have put a lot of myself into my profile, so I want to know if people actually read it.

I am down to earth, laid back, level headed person who is a good listener, and quick to cheer someone up. I don't judge people.

I am looking for someone I can be myself around. Someone who can make me laugh and smile. I am a mix of being spontaneous but structured. I know when to let my guard down, laugh, and have a good time.

I am slow to open up and trust, but when I do I am an open book. I will try anything once, as long as it is legal. I am witty and a smart ass. I love making people laugh and I love to laugh.

I'm trying to start an alternative band. I play the electric and acoustic guitars, and I am in the process of trying to learn the bass guitar and the drums.

I love music and movies, though sometimes I do get caught up in a select few TV series. I love to read and write, I am a complete book worm, and I love to learn new things. I am currently writing a book, with the series to follow planned out, as well as a few other book ideas mapped out.

I also love to go to the gym. I enjoy spending time outside, especially the beach in the summer, as well as spending time with my friends. I also love photography.

I hate the following (in no particular order): fake people, fake tans, people who talk just to hear the sound of their own voice, liars, posers, people who abuse/neglect (in anyway shape or form) children, those with disabilities, the elderly, people who can't defend themselves, animals, hypocritical people, and pompous/arrogant people.

I used to volunteer at a convalescent home, a homeless shelter, and an animal shelter. In high school I also peer tutored for the students in the special education classrooms. I became friends with a lot of students who have downs syndrome as well as other disabilities and their families. I love animals, in fact my dog is a rescue dog, and I love her dearly. I am also very involved with my local Relay for Life, and I also used to be involved with the local Walk for Diabetes. I also used to belong to the local Police Explorer post, and held various other volunteer jobs. I am very involved in my community. I love giving back to my community, and it also kept me out of trouble. But since I started college and my job I don't have as much time to do all that. So I just work, go to school, and stay on the committee for Relay for Life. So I am busy.

I love trying to figure people out. I do believe in GOD, but I by no means push it on other people. I try to balance my views from Christianity with science/logic. I also believe in karma, what you put out comes back or what goes around comes around. I try never to take anything to heart/take things personally, because in the end it is irrelevant. Thus, I try to let things go. I also try to look at any situation I may come across logically, as well as listen to my heart/gut/emotions.

I feel that I am an old soul, born in the wrong era. I am also fascinated with the paranormal, especially vampires. I also like playing video games, card games (such as magic the gathering and yugioh).

I have a tattoo on my right shoulder blade, and I hope to get two more. I want three in total, all in places where they can be covered at work so I can still look professional too. I also have one cartilage piercing in each ear, and two piercing in my ear lobe in each ear. And those are all the piercings I want.

I have an associates degree in psychology, and am currently at a 4 year university studying journalism.

I want to be a "courts and crimes" reporter. I am oddly drawn to why people go through the legal system. Whether it be for motor-vehicular, divorce, criminal, or small claims. I always love to read/hear about these stories. What brought them to this point in their life that they're going through the legal system. Was it their past (neighborhood where they grew up, family setting, etc.) Or was it the situation(s) or wrong place wrong time. So, since I love those stories, I now want to be the one telling the stories.

I am considering applying to law school, though I'm not sure yet.

But, for right now I work part time at a convenience store.

My sarcastic witty sense of humor. Or the fact that I am a tomboy. I'm not much for trying to fit into what a society thinks a girl should look like, wear, or act like. I also believe the same goes for guys, I don't judge because they don't fit into "society's profile."
