My self-summary
I'm an introvert and I like cats.
I'm studying mathematics and philosophy. My views are almost always anarchistic and I'm definitely an anti-realist, if that means anything to you, we'll get along just fine.
Hobbies include archery, reading about weird physics, and occasionally playing basic chords on the guitar or drawing a portrait of some attractive actor/musician.
What I’m doing with my life
Working on finishing an undergraduate degree in math and philosophy while trying to figure out which discipline to apply for graduate studies in.
I’m really good at
Statistics, probability, algebra, and analytic philosophy. And making my cats happy.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I look sick or tired, I guess. That's the first thing people usually point out. Either that or they comment on my clothing/backpack choices...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music: Elliott Smith, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Ben Folds, The Beatles, Crystal Castles, MGMT, St Vincent, The Cure, Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Arctic Monkeys, The Horrors, etc.

Books: I have a hard time getting myself to sit down and read a full book, articles are so much easier. I do really like the Stranger, though.

Movies: Primer, Upstream Color, The Matrix, Across the Universe, Donnie Darko, Fargo, C.O.G., Requiem for a Dream, Pi, Inside Llewyn Davis, My Own Private Idaho, etc. Cult films, indie movies, or complicated philosophical stories.

Shows: House, The Walking Dead, A Young Doctor's Notebook, Dexter, Supernatural, Sherlock, South Park, Fargo, Coupling, etc.
The six things I could never do without
(1 & 2) My two cats, (3) mathematics, (4) music, (5 & 6) I really want to emphasize my two cats again because they're really great.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Structures, realism and anti-realism, various parts of mathematics, whether anything exists and how Carnap was probably right about external questions.
On a typical Friday night I am
In my room with cheap alcohol watching some obscure movie with my cats.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
... isn't private, but I have really terrible insomnia.
I’m looking for
  • Everybody
  • Ages 18–27
  • Near me
  • For new friends
You should message me if
Anything I said actually intrigues you, or you just feel like having an abstract philosophical conversation about something.
