My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Man, I created this profile ages ago, and I've changed so much.

I'll be twenty-one in a couple of months. If I visited you and didn't message you, it's probably because I can be kind of shy. :[

Let me preface my profile with my personality type. I'm an INTJ, with pretty much everything that entails. I have a 100% preference of Thinking over Feeling. I highly encourage you to research that personality type. I have almost no preference of Judging over Perceiving, so I have elements of both.

Basically, INTJ's natural partner is the ENFP, or the ENTP. I don't mind trying to have a relationship otherwise, but please be aware that I'm not great with feelings. I'm sensitive, but I have great difficulty overcoming my apathy for strangers and being emotionally numb to protect myself. I know this is probably going to scare a lot of people off, but I've let people close before and this caused issues, so I really just want to save myself as much heartache as possible.

I've joined and left the military due to a physical condition that was instigated by the military. Pre 6 months so no real veteran benefits, yay.

I really don't know what to say here anymore. I love reading, video games, and writing. My poison of choice at the moment is League of Legends and audiobooks, sometimes at the same time.

Anyway, if you find me interesting, have a question or just think I'm neat, feel free to send me a message. I'd love to chat, and who knows, you might end up being that special someone to warm a bitter heart.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently studying at ETSU for a computer science degree. Not sure which specific concentration I want to do yet, though.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Computers (I fix, repair, compensate, and advise as a hobby)

Humor. I'm actually pretty hilarious. I'm pretty fun to talk to.

Sarcasm. It's part of my unique flavor of humor. Like ice cream with peanut butter sprinkles.

Counsel. People have issues, they tell me. I give advice, and I have a strange knack for providing blunt, honest, and accurate advice.

Vocabulary and Grammar are important to me, but usually only in web-based communication. Grammarly is a fantastic software, by the way. It's great for correcting common spelling and grammar errors. It's also free :D
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If I pass you by on the street, I'll generally give you a giant, friendly grin. If we're in line, I'll ask you how the weather is. I'm good with ice breakers. If I just walked into the line and my shoes are squeaking because I'm soaked from the rain, I'm definitely going to ask you how the weather is. For verification, obviously.

Also, sarcasm.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I have a great love for books, movies, shows, music and food of all kinds.

But you are an automatically awesome person if you know about Wheel of Time, Sword of Truth (books), Symphony of Science and ERB music, and if you have ever eaten Eggplant Parmesan.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Whew. Hard one.

1. Computer.

2. A pencil (or pen) - I have a fascination with them and they're handy.

3. Phone - too much utility to give up, lol.

4. My backback - always with me, holds all mah stuff. Never let it out of my sight of reach, even when its 40 lbs.

5. My Student ID. I like being able to get in and out of my dorm.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend a lot of time wondering about my future and whether or not I will ever be able to find happiness. I really want to find someone to love, I'm tired of being alone. It's overrated.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually, I'm just in my dorm. I am actively trying to overcome emotional anxiety though, so I try to attend social events and functions.

If I have a significant other, I would be more than happy to be watching television or a TV show while cuddling. If not, well, there's always league of legends and OKCupid.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have problems when it comes to emotions. As an INTJ with a very high preference for Thinking over Feeling, I have difficulty responding emotionally. I either don't have feelings and I often emulate them to be socially acceptable or I do have very deep feelings in which I try to bury and suppress in order to protect myself. I know this might seem like a heavy load to put on my profile and not confide in with individuals, but honestly is the best policy. I am willing to work at a relationship if you are.

I'm a sucker for a pretty smile. I might find septum piercings cute.

I have an unhealthy obsession for cats. Like, it's really bad. It's made worse by the fact that I don't have a cat of my own because I live in a dorm. Sigh.

I have a dream of becoming financially stable enough that I can go into a shelter, and say "Bring me your 5 cats that are least likely to be adopted" and adopt them all. Probably a couple more too :(

I'm pretty hardy when it comes to taking rejection, it kind of comes with the territory of being a guy without a six pack, as I like to say. Rejection doesn't hurt, not really. What hurts is talking to someone, getting to know them, and then they suddenly fall off the face of the planet. If you don't like me, that's fine, but let's be adults about this. Show some common courtesy and say so, don't waste both of ours time.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
- You are an intelligent woman
- If you enjoy laughing. I'm honestly very good at humor.
- *Especially if you are ENFP or ENTP!*
- If you enjoy long, well written, hilarious block-of-text messages as a first introduction (I don't talk about myself much in them, but it's worth a read.)
-If you play League of Legends, message me!
Well, What are you waiting for? :)
