My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Musician. Coffee drinker. Plant and animal lover. Farm kid. Adventurer. Liberal. Swimmer. Decent cook. Gin man. Beer man. Terrible at math (but good at chemistry ;). Experimenter. Sincere but irreverent.

You can catch me: performing around the twin cities, exploring a museum or hiking trail, at a play or concert, strolling around Summit, or riding the green line to grab a beer at the ballpark.

I equally enjoy long meals shared with old friends, and drinks at a bar in a new city shared with new friends.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I play the bass and teach music lessons. Most of my gigs are in musical theater, or private events. I'm a little too busy for club work, but when the inspiration hits, I'll find the time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Talking to strangers. Growing garlic. I can pound a nail in 2 swings, fold a fitted sheet, and make a killer addition to your trivia team.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You can see my walk from a mile away...and the bass, can't hide that gal.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I'm always in motion, so audiobooks and podcasts are on while I'm on the road or working in the house. I listen to the classics, but often read newer material. Salmon Rushdie is a favorite, and I've read a lot of sci if and fantasy. Non-fiction, too.

I wish I could boycott "Game of Thrones" for not using real musicians, but I can't.

Music: when I'm not listening for work, I like the Talking Heads, Clifford Brown and pretty much anything written between 1450-1975. Introduce me to your favorite band.....

My favorite genre of anything is "infotainment" and I crush documentaries on netflix.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sunshine, music, nature ( the tv show and the real deal),
hearing and telling jokes,Thrift store gems, and the occasional fast-food taco.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Creating experiences that make people smile, say "aha!", or play Twinkle twinkle little star correctly.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either on a gig or checking out someone else's, planning the weekend's cooking schedule, or having a nice evening with some friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I was running in football practice in 7th grade, and my pants fell down. I ran for about 100ft before I realized it, because the cheerleaders started pointing and laughing.
