After being away from this site for a while I am back. Not sure what I will find here...perhaps some friends or like-minded souls. If you live in or near Fort Worth, who knows? Mabe there could be magic or you could be the wind beneath my wings.

I am an out of the box thinker. I look at life through the lens of experience. I want to experience life for myself rather than to take someone else's word for how the world is or how I should believe. I have an insatiable curiosity and study and try lots of different things.

Diversity causes us to grow. If we have different opinions and beliefs and can discuss them without judgment and with curiosity, we might not change each other's minds, but we can expand both of our minds.

I have not always taken the easy road or the road to get me fame. I seem to always take the road less traveled.
Will you save the next dance for me? I have a place on my dance card for you.

I have the “career” of my dreams. I love what I do, but it is not my passion.

I think out of the right and left side of my brain. Which in plain terms means: I am intelligent and analytical and have a traditional education on one side and I am intuitive and a healer and have education in alternative medicine and spiritual healing on the other end of the spectrum.

My present career allows me to think out of my thinking brain and get paid well to do so. My dream and vision is to create a spiritual retreat site/dude ranch I will call Paradise Ranch in the central Texas hill country. I believe I will see world peace in my lifetime and desire to “be the change I want to see in the world”.

I believe all paths lead to the same God. I do not even know how I define God, which sometimes means a universal consciousness more than a separate entity from us. I consider myself a Universalist Christian, with Buddhist leanings. Therefore, you do not necessarily need to believe in God to be my friend. I seek a kind, intelligent, open-minded, tolerant man who has integrity and who is trustworthy.
