A self summary- where to start? Well I love music, I'm happiest front row at show and a great concert can have me on a high for days. I listen to a range of genres: bluegrass, alternative, hard rock, classic- really anything as long as the lyrics are good. I also love being around people! I do need my alone time, just like anyone else, but overall I would say I'm a people person :) While I do like exploring cities when I can, I grew up in the country so sometimes it's a bit overwhelming. It's still fun, though! I'm originally from Maryland, and I made my way to the Chicago a few months early to explore they city before attending graduate school which starts in September. I'm excited to be back in school and thinking again. I love anthropology, history, philosophy and politics. Anyone who has something to say or something to teach me about those or really anything they are passionate about is great in my book. When I'm not in school I love to travel, be it across the ocean or piling in the car for a random trip. I think spontaneous trips are often the best and I've been known to round up my friends and head to New York City in the middle of the night for hot dogs and I firmly believe that they taste best at 4 in the morning.
