I would say i'm easy going and laid back generally but out going when on a mission and I like a laugh and a good banter, I initially come across a bit shy when meeting new people but once relaxed I easily come out of my shell.

My favorite book is Papillon by Henri Charriere I also like books by Ben Mezrich and at the other end of the scale Graham Hancock as I feel he question modern theories.

As for films well there's so many Usual Suspects, City of God, Shawshank Redemption, Shaun of the dead, The Matrix to name a few.

There's only two types of music as far as I'm concerned good and bad, I think people only sticking to one genre are missing out on so much, you'll find me listening to anything from Azelia Banks, The XX, Kings of Leon, Foster the People, Plan B, Hed Kandi to Diana Ross and Snoop Dogg...If anyones got any recommendations please let me know.

Normaly down Beachdown, which is a healthclub, although I walk head down straight past the gym and go and unwind with a steam, sauna, jaccuzi folowed by a few pints of Aspalls.
