My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am an effective, versatile cleaner that kills 99.9% of household germs. I remove grease and clean household surfaces, even glass to a sparkling, streak-free shine. To operate: Rotate nozzle to on position and spray.

Turn off household appliances before using me. Test on painted areas or other surfaces first. I am not recommended for finished wood surfaces. I contain no phosphorous.

WARNING: It is a violation of federal law to use me in a way inconsistent with my labeling. I am dangerous to humans and domestic animals. Please avoid contact with your eyes and clothing. I should be stored out of the reach of children.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
One of my favorite hobbies is photographing abandoned buildings, caves, and tunnels so I usually go searching for them wherever I am. I like to take photos of other things too, of course, but obscure and out-of-the-way places are definitely near the top of my list!

I travel just about as often as I can. Highlights from the last few years include touring Chernobyl in Ukraine (twice!), exploring mines in the UP of Michigan, wandering around Mayan ruins in Mexico, a whirlwind tour of Moscow and 2 of 3 Baltic nations (guess which two!), Halloweens in Salem, MA and New Orleans, more abandoned mines in Nevada - and more!

Coming up, I'd like to go to Uzbekistan/Kazakhstan to check out the Aral Sea, Romania for Halloween, and just about anywhere in Southeast Asia since I haven't been there yet. Join me! I like traveling with people!

Also, I have a nice job that I enjoy and I don't live in my parents' basement. Women are into that sort of thing, right?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
They don't. I'm very sneaky.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

(books) Anything by Franz Kafka

(movies) Jim Jarmusch is one of my favorite directors. I also like old movies (A Touch of Evil, The Great Dictator, A Night At The Opera), stupid comedies (Harold and Kumar, Super Troopers, Eurotrip), 80's movies (Better Off Dead, Tapeheads, The Goonies), bizarre foreign films (El Dia de la Bestia, Wild Zero, Nightwatch, Mr. Vampire, Decoder), and a bunch of others (Tim Burton films, martial arts films, older David Lynch films, Blade Runner).

(music) Oldschool industrial, oldschool punk, 80's stuff, and wussy synthpop. My favorite band ever is Einstuerzende Neubauten and I'm also very fond of Kraftwerk, Oingo Boingo, Tom Waits, and Leonard Cohen (among others).

(foods) Thai, Italian, and Indian are great, but I'll try just about anything once!

(tv) There is no antenna hooked up to my TV so I usually watch things on Netflix or Hulu. Get a Life was my favorite show of all time and I've been watching Doctor Who since I was a small child (Tom Baker was the best!), though in the last few years I've also really enjoyed Breaking Bad, True Detective, and a few other shows. I'm also a fan of Oddities - and I've even made a pilgrimage to Obscura to buy some stuff! They should put ME on it...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Abandoned buildings
2. A camera
3. Regular exercise
4. Curiosity
5. Adventure
6. Frequent road trips.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A few years ago I passed a homeless man walking around and holding a sign that simply said "I LOVE YOU ALL." I passed him by without a second thought about giving him anything. On the next block, I saw a homeless man sprawled out in a doorway and holding a sign reading "FUCK YOU." I paused for a moment and strongly considered giving him some change, but I didn't give him any money either. Then my friend and I had some cookies and watched Crispin Glover's big slideshow.

That's not really very private or even a very interesting story, but I'm OK with that because this is a really stupid question.

I like meeting people who are passionate about something to the point of getting ridiculously excited, whatever it is. I'm also generally attracted to confidence and independence more than just about anything else.

I've been known to go on roadtrips with complete strangers. If you have something completely off the wall in mind, I'd like to hear about it. I always have some sort of weird hare-brained roadtrip ideas in mind and if our ideas jibe, we might be able to work something out.
