My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My profile is long, I'm aware, here is the TL;DR summary. If you like it, read on.

Name: Louis
In an open relationship.
Interested in regular (repeating) sexual partners or longish term fwb, emphasis on friend.
Financially stable; house, car and motorcycle

Burner, Morris dancer, maker, dancer, cuddling fanatic, tactile, hooper, night owl
Very sexual person, well endowed, likes strong emotional connections.
Myer Briggs: ENTP
Adventurous, likes being introduced to new things.
Smart and willing to take risks, likes others who match.
I’m blunt, if you’d like to know something about me or my intentions, ask and I’ll tell you.

-- -- --

My name is Louis, I don't get why so many people are defensive when it comes to giving out names. I'm usually classified by a lot people as having a very eclectic and friendly personality. Because everyone seems to love these, I'm a ENTP Myer Briggs. I'll admit, the ENTP description is one of the best explanations of my personality I have ever seen and is creepily accurate. I do, however, tend to prefer to make my own judgments of people and am not especially likely to bother looking up you Myer Briggs result.

Romantically, I'm already taken by my wonderful girlfriend LuckyStarGazer (not presently active on OkC). We're in an open relationship and I am actively looking for a good, long term friendships-with-benefits partner. It's important to read that as FRIENDship-with-benefits, preferably a friend who gets along well with my girlfriend as well. I'm not inherently opposed to shorter term relationships or a recurring fuck-buddy if the sexual chemistry is there, but my preference is something with more substance than that.

Also, so I don't get more messages about it, my education is listed honestly, as is my income. Though I have not gone to college but I am well educated through other means, hobbies and personal interests. I work as a software engineer for a company that is in New York and, until 2014/15 when they intend to open an Ann Arbor branch, am working remotely from a home office. Primarily, at the moment, my job consists of iOS/Android app production, consulting and server API stuff.

(Yes, my profile is too long...I know. Life's busy, I'm getting around to shortening it, cutting things you've written and feel are still indicative of yourself is, surprisingly, harder than adding them.)

I strongly favor straight out honesty in my self-representation rather than the "not technically lying but hopeful half-truths" that most people seem to like building they're profiles out of. If I've written something on here, it is true to the best of my ability to express it. I realize that I'm probably failing to attract some people I could otherwise be by being honest but being honest and blunt from the start makes life so much less complicated and saves a lot of drama that might otherwise come up.

As is implied by the previous paragraph, I really like painfully blunt people. If you would rather say something to my face then dance around or hint at it, then you're likely my kind of person. If I had to pick one thing that the people I tent to connect with share in common, it's that they're very open and up-front personalities.

I'm a Burner, one week out of the year I live in Black Rock City. On the Playa I can usually be found living somewhere around 9:30 & G. If you don't know what that means, then just ask and I'd be happy to explain.

I like going out to eat, a lot; hanging out in restaurants and talking, playing cards or working on my laptop is something I really enjoy. I would rather spend money going to a restaurant and hanging out with a friend than buying something physical. Spending time with good people makes happiness, things don't.

I tend to like a bit of everything, usually without correlation between any of the hobbies, habits or desires, which is where I usually get eclectic comments from. I'm good at fitting into many different scenes and situations, as I've wandered between some very diverse and unrelated social circles in my time.

I have a fondness for lists. I really don't know why, but there is something about lists I've always found appealing. I've tried not to make any of my profile out of lists, since they always feel like such a cop-out in that sense, but I keep being tempted.

I like thunderstorms and playing in the rain. I also like playing in thunderstorms; I realize that isn't always the safest idea, but really, what SAFE parts of life are fun?

I HATE sleeping alone. Only sometimes, on very rare occasion, would I prefer to sleep by myself. The vast majority of the time I just want someone there to hold, to feel and to cuddle. Cuddles are one of lives best luxuries.

I like the dark, I like white outs and I like intense fog. There is something very comforting and pleasantly surreal about having an extremely limited vision. I've been told that I have extremely good spacial skills and memory, so I guess I don't tend to experience the fear of being lost or without bearing that most people do.

I'm a Morris Dancer; Morris dancing is a form of traditional english folk dance. It's kind of hard to describe accurately, but it is a synchronized form of set dancing that involves a LOT of jumping up and down. It's reasonably enjoyable to watch, but it is, in my opinion, primarily for the enjoyment of the performers.

I like dancing in general, particularly Ceilidh, Contra and other old forms of social dance. There is just something magically wonderful about dancing. One of my life goals is to achieve a passable level of skill in every commonly practiced form of dance still in existence. I somehow doubt that I'll ever actually achieve that goal, but it's a nice thing to think about.

I love music, but then again, who doesn't? Music isn't "my life", as I always hear people say, but it is something that I greatly enjoy. I have a very large collection of music and it has a representative from pretty much every genre in existence somewhere in it. I've never found a musical genre that I didn't like at least SOME music from.

I love cuddling, it's one of the very best things in life and one of my two personal favorite activities. Cuddling while watching movies, cuddling while reading, cuddling while playing cards or cuddling while doing pretty much anything at all always makes me happy. If you like cuddling, I guarantee we could form a friendship off of that trait alone.

I love goth/industrial clubs, there is something very appealing about both the music and that scene. It's been a VERY long time since I identified as Goth myself, but it's fun to play along sometimes.

I LOVE cats, but I'm allergic enough to them that I can't keep one. I can be around them for a reasonable amount of time, but after too much exposure I start to sneeze, itch and have trouble breathing. I do, however, still love cats.

I'm immensely interested in Sub-Cultures. I especially love Cyberpunk and Steampunk. I don't fit into any of them, but they fascinate me.

I'm an affectionate and very tactile person, both in and out of relationships. Human contact is a beautiful thing.

I ride a motorcycle. At the moment I'm riding a Kawasaki Ninja 500R. Riding is awesome, wanna go riding sometime?

I don't always clean shave, but when I do I clean shave with a straight razor. Straight razors are, you know, the dangerous ones best known now from Sweeney todd. I'll admit that I don't clean shave terribly often anymore and just keep stubble, which is really just because I SUCK at mornings.

I hula hoop. Yes, you read that correctly. Hooping is awesome, what of it? If you want to hang out sometime to hoop and chat, especially during the summer, let me know!

I love cuddling, I love sex and I love strong emotional relationships. I realize that these are all very separate things, though I very much enjoy indulging in them individually, I feel that they are best enjoyed together when possible. I'm not particularly monogamous by nature, though I'll occasionally have monogamous relationships anyways.

I'm one of those people that always starts naturally waking up around midnight/one and likes to be out at night rather than during the day. I'm the type of guy keeping 24 hour gyms and restaurants in business.

On the subject of gyms, I am a handball player. The singles/doubles sport, not the team sport. Outside of the US it's know as Gaelic, American or Irish handball. For those unfamiliar, see If you're a handball player and would like to play a game, let me know! I'm a member of 1on1 Athletics and usually play court games there and street games on UofM central campus. If you're NOT a handball player, I'd be happy to introduce you to the game! Don't be shy about asking.

I'm always trying to improve myself, even though doing so seems to have fallen out of fashion in modern times, I feel that always working to improve oneself is a very important thing to do.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm exploring life, myself and whatever seems interesting on any given day.

I believe the most important thing to do with ones life is to learn to exist pleasantly and to enjoy the world, I really feel people don't spend enough time just existing without having to be doing something.

I don't usually like to sit and watch TV by myself and am perfectly happy without it. I have just gone several years without watching TV but have recently started back into the habit watching a couple of shows through netflix. I will, however, watch almost anything a friend/partner is interested in if there is cuddling involved, there is something magically wonderful about cuddling with someone and watching something. I've never stopped watching movies and series, though do so almost entirely via Netflix and similar services.

For money, since it's hard to NOT do something for money in this country, I am a Software Engineer. I'm currently work full time for a company in New York, as was mentioned above.

I also own a small, independent business that works in the iOS and Android markets as a development contractor. I do very little work for said company given how much I make at my day job, but for tax reasons I do keep the company running.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really good at a lot of things, as I tend to be a jack-of-all-trades. I have a talent for picking things up easily and as a result change interests often.

I've been told by quite a few people that I'm exceptionally good at cuddling, if that can be called a "talent". I've been told that I give good hugs, but again, a talent?

I'm also really good at Air Hockey....wanna play?
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Personality wise, It's either that I'm very clever in conversation or that I'm a just a little bit odd, but not in a way that they can put their finger on.

People seem to have pretty varying opinions of exactly how I come off initially, but I pretty much always get that I come off in a good way. Unless I have a migraine, then people tell me I come off as very antisocial and withdrawn, but trust me, that's how you feel if you have a migraine.

Physically, at the moment, I've been getting a lot of comments on my hair, which is a combination of black and a bleach-blond. After that, I'm really not really sure, if you ever meet me let me please let me know what the first thing you notice is so I can have something to list here.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

There is a whole pile of new things I need to add here, but the list at the moment......

Also, opinions on me listing things one-item per line? Too long? Easier to read? So far I have yet to have a single person comment on that fact, just that my profile needs shortening.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Lately I wonder if the ease of survival in modern society inures the soul. We live easy lives, yet we create such malady and strife for ourselves. I think that, on a deep level, we are unable to accept the simplicity of our situation, the ease of surviving. I think that we need to fight for our survival, It’s in our nature to fight, to work relentlessly to secure the right to exist. We never feel so at peace or content as when we are fighting a battle of need and overcome. Out in the forest, hunting for food, did our ancestors get this constant tug that there was something important that was missing from life - or is this feeling we get simply our nature urging us to fight, to go out and hunt, to stay alive.

In a more general sense: Love; life; sex; things to come and things long lost; time; nothing; music; people; sentience; emotions; opinions and drive.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I don't typically do anything in particular on any particular night, I've never been big on planing my weeks out, I prefer to do whatever comes up and seems awesome at the time.

Late at night the rest of the week you'll find me at the gym, out at an eatery playing cards with friends, possibly dancing or at home with my girlfriend.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
to the internet? The PUBLIC internet? Seems a little, contradictory...

Since this section makes NO sense, I instead present you with a number of not actually private facts that just aren't likely to come up in normal conversation:
-I like to shower in the dark, I don't remember exactly when I picked up the habit, I just find it extremely relaxing and meditative.
-Incidentally, I have very good spacial skills.
-I make my bed often, but not EVERY morning.
-I really like music in languages I can't understand.
-I get migraines, they are DEATH but I don't get them too often.
-I like watching pro Tennis, but not any other popular spectator sport.
-While I think cats are really cute, I think that Chipmunks might be more cute, I <3 Chipmunks. After that, Giraffes might be a third, I don't know why, but Giraffes are awesome.
-I like playing most sports, even though I don't like watching them.
-I am against the oxford comma, I don't know why but i've always felt it was extraneous and in most cases just looks silly or out of place.
-I've always wanted to have sex outside in a thunderstorm
-I own way more clothing than most men do.
-I've got quite a bit of body hair, my heritage is pretty much all from cold, snowy places.
-I may have a slight obsession with Coca Cola Slurpees...
-I've started writing a bucket list recently after finding myself very intrigued by the concept of writing down a list of experiences you want to have.
-I'm a breasts man, both in that I'm extremely attracted to breasts and like very large breasts, and I have a thing for redheads.
-I like being asked personal questions, it's fun to know all of the answers! So ask me something :p
-I am great at recalling facts for esoteric or useless things.
-I'm well-endowed (7"+ Long, 2"+ Thick [that's about 6" around]).
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
My primary interest is finding a friend that I can hang out with, enjoy some activities with, have good sexual chemistry with and is very sexual.

Obviously you'll have to be STD free and, while I certainly don't mind who else you are involved with, someone that is careful about staying STD free.

Things that are a big plus for me are cuddling fanatics, large breasts, sexually open, getting along with and cuddling with both me and my girlfriend and easy going or relaxed individuals.

My girlfriend is, and will continue to be, my primary romantic partner and my priority in life. I am, however, a very affectionate person and am very caring, generous and thoughtful to those I am involved with.

My girlfriend is bisexual and does like girls, both with and without me, so if you click with her and are interested in girls as well I'm sure that she'd be happy to play with you. She is, of course, her own person though and it is entirely at her discretion how involved she chooses to be or not be with girls I am involved with.

If you're JUST interested in a sexual relationship than the only real qualifications are that you're disease free, that we're both attracted to each other, that you have nice breasts and that we mesh well in bed. I'm not too interested in one-night-stands, so if we're sleeping together there should be a possibility of further sex, friendship or something along those lines. I'd be happy to maintain a fuck-buddy relationship and have a very flexible schedule due to making my own hours, but will not agree to anything until we've had some time to connect a little in person.

So if you think you're interested or we might click, send me a message and we'll grab dinner or a drink sometime. Even if we don't work on a sexual level, maybe we'll become friends?

If you're looking for a primary romantic partner or a monogamous relationship, I'm afraid that you'll have to move on. I am extremely devoted to my girlfriend and have no intention of changing that.

Seriously though, there isn't any WRONG reason to message someone. If you feel like it, then do!
