As much as I love talking about myself, I feel that it’s more
helpful to present myself from the perspective of those who have
been around me. I prompted close friends and women I have dated to
give a short description of me, as well as my best and worst
qualities. I’m big on freedom of speech, so no content was removed
from the original statements:
Male 25, Friend since freshmen year of college
Overall: “He is a contrarian who is skilled at getting to the core of issues and what people mean when they say certain things. He is a private person personally, but upfront and forward when meeting new people.”
Best: “…loyalty, solid friendship, and the consistency in his beliefs.”
Worst: “… being late, sloppy with respect to his general area (room, car, etc.). Others may say he is too forward with both strangers and those who are familiar with him.”

Overview: “He is a very strong-willed person with a lot of principles, a lot of humor, and a lot of sincerity. He wants to challenge and be challenged. “
Best: “He is an honest and honestly good person. He has the most sincere and heartfelt motives for everything he does, and consistently strives to be true to himself. “
Worst: “He is very aggressive with his humor and principles and can be overbearing- his constant search for challenge often feels like a tendency toward conflict. “
Female 25, Dated on and off for a few months.
Overview: “He is one of the most honest and blunt people I have ever met. Although it can be disconcerting, it is also surprisingly refreshing. He is extremely passionate about certain subjects and can talk for hours (no joke) about said areas.”
Best: It is obvious how much he cares about his friends and family, and he will do whatever is in his power to do what he can to make the important people in his life feel valued.
Worst: He is very adamant in his views, which can feel overwhelming.

I would say that the opinions portrayed in the above section are pretty accurate. I am who I am, and I only plan to change in order to better myself, never to impress someone.
