I'm a born and raised Chicagoan. I make my living as a chef. I have a unique job that allows me to have the summer off so I use that time to pursue my other passion, traveling. I love going to new places and trying new things and eatting new foods. I'm pretty easy going. I like going to new restaurants, working out, watching movies, dive bars, bacon, craft beer, Grumpy cat, going to concerts and music festivals.

I'm trying to eat my way around the world. That's the dream at least.

Cooking, making food look pretty, staying active, and playing with dogs, especially pugs (I used to have one)

The Song of Ice and Fire series, Culinary Artistry, The French Laundry, all of the Harry Potter books, and the Passage. I read alot of sci-fi fantasy and I keep cookbooks on my nightstand.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Arrested Development, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Archer, East Bound and Down, Shameless, American Dad, Bobs Burgers, Homeland, Modern Family, Louie, Family Guy, & Parks and Recreation. I watch alot of tv.I don't really like sports except combat sports like MMA, UFC, and Muay Thai.

I love any movie by Wes Anderson, Donnie Darko, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Anchorman, and many many more.

I listen to many different kinds of music. I really like underground hip hop like Sage Francis, P.O.S, Atmosphere, Brother Ali, Cecil Otter, Buck 65, but I also listen to Old School Punk, Metal, Hair Metal, 80's jamz, & Yacht Rock. I pretty much listen to all music, well everything except country. I don't really understand what people like about Mumford and Sons. There I said it. If you can explain their music to me I'd appreciate it.

Foods I like there are waaaaay too many to list. I love all food, so I'll just list the ones I wont eat. I won't eat any insects they gross me out, I will not eat any "cool" animals, so no lions, tigers, bears, dolphins, dogs, cats or sharks. Almost everything else is fair game though.

My phone, access to a gym, music, a tv, really good sea salt, and really good olive oil.

What I want to cook, where I want to eat, and how I can take over the world, or at least see the world.
Also robots, ninjas, aliens, pirates, chupacabres, bigfoot, if I'll ever meet grumpy cat, pugs, time travel, unicorns, and if should eat that taco bell Doritos cool ranch taco.

At the gym doing Muay Thai or relaxing drinking a beer.
