My major interests are in philosophy (academic, too), psychology, and art. Then again, I don't like to limit my areas of knowledge. I'm interested in just about any topic, a book on political philosophy can grab me just as easily as a book on linguistics. Most people notice that I know a lot pretty quickly, but what I don't know drives me to discover new ideas or to write new stories. The people I like best are often on that knowledge edge, pushing their curiosity as much as possible.
Some other interests are video games, good food, tea, lots of music, and books about self-exploration and/or scifi. Comedy fits in somewhere. And puns. Lots of puns.
Although I put pansexual as orientation, I'm more like heterosexual with heavy pansexual tendencies and leave it at that. If you're curious about what I mean, please ask! I'm still open to messages from anyone, though.
I'm working to be a research psychologist and get a PhD in cognitive psychology, but in the meantime, I'm doing a lot of writing lately and self-teaching. Learning Latin, just started to recently. Also working on an idea to make an algorithm that gets an AI to learn to count. Eventually I want to build the first genuinely creative AI. It's not just a simple dream, but a goal I work towards.
In the meantime, as I wait to hear back from schools I applied to for a PhD, I am doing a variety of jobs in various areas.

if you'd like to go out for lunch or a stand-up show sometime.
If you think Nietzsche is super cool. And as implied by that, being passionate about something, about life, is probably the hottest thing.
