My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved from Orlando (where everyone I know is a DJ) to Austin (where everyone I know is in a band) back in 2010. Before that, I got a degree in graphic design, before that I was in the Navy, and before that I was a kid.

I have never met a dog or cat I didn't like. I believe the universe runs on science. I think having a tv makes you a better person if you're watching the right stuff on it. And I'm usually calm despite being constantly caffeinated.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to enjoy it. If I'm not at work or at home being lazy, you will probably find me out hunting for obscure records or movies. I can also be spotted at stand-up shows or concerts, or in traffic yelling at shitty drivers on my way to shows.
I also work on graphic design projects with the intention of turning it into a business. I also make stuff just for my enjoyment.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Witty banter.
Back massages.
Putting together IKEA furniture.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Physically the hair. It's noticeable. After that I'd hope it would be how easy I am to talk to.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I generally read horror, Sci-Fi and fantasy books, but I enjoy biographies as well. Some of my favorite authors are Stephen King, Edward Lee, Hunter S. Thompson, and F. Scott Fitzgerald.

I love movies of all types. Comedy, Horror and Sci-Fi pretty much dominate my movie collection, but I have a number of weird foreign movies and old exploitation movies from the 60's and 70's as well as animated movies. Tarantino, Rodriguez, Fincher, and Cronenberg are some of my favorite film makers. And the Marx Brothers are pure genius.

I could go on about music for hours, so for the sake of keeping a short list, here are some bands that have changed how I listen to music: Nirvana, The Beach Boys, The Beastie Boys, The Melvins, Jimbo Mathus, April March, Masters Of Reality, Queens Of The Stone Age, Electric Light Orchestra, The Beatles, The Breeders, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Ween and Mr. Bungle. Just to name a few.

I am very open minded when it comes to food. I don't care if it's fancy or comes out of a food trailer, as long as it's tasty I'm for it. You definitely have my attention if you want to get Italian or Mexican food. Sushi is great, and I can't say no to pizza. Ever.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My car.
A record player, but a CD player will do in a pinch.
A debit card because I rarely have money on my person.
Proper footwear, which reminds me that I need new shoes for work.
The Criterion Collection.
Google. It finds everything I ask it to, no questions asked.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Random shit I want to buy from the internet.
How cool it would be if I found a place in Austin that actually makes a kick ass Rueben sandwich. I've had decent, I want spectacular.
There are many more random thoughts as well. My mind is a run on sentence.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I don't have a typical Friday night. I could be doing something as mundane as laundry or I could be out at a show or even hanging out with friends. It all depends on what's going on.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
