I'm a pretty happy person. I have a great family, 4 kids and 8 grandkids. But they have their own lives. I have a void in my life and that's for that someone special to love. I enjoy going to movies, out to eat, walking in parks, watching the sun set, sitting on the porch listening to the night sounds, going to plays, concerts, attending activities that my grandkids are involved in, bowling, and anything that my special man is interested in. I love watching football on tv/in person. I really enjoy following one of the local high schools' football team. I enjoy bbq with family and friends. I also enjoy staying at home with that special someone and watching tv whether it's a movie, sports event, or simply a weekly program. I am looking for someone that is willing to look beyond physical looks to see the beauty within a person. I do not think not act my actual years. Of course I have hopes and desires for my future. But everyone does, right? For now I'm taking it one day at a time. I don't have a lot of baggage from my long time marriage. Sometimes people just fall out of love. Sometimes there's others reason. You just pick yourself up and move on.

Is anyone really good at anything? I think perception plays a big part in this. I like to think I'm really good at showing my family and my friends love and loyality. I know I'm good at showing my man love, passion, understanding and loyalty.

I like all kinds of music except Rap. My favorites are country and western (old and new) and the oldies. You know those songs we grew up listening to. :) I have several favorite books. I like bbqs, mexican food, and seafood.

I don't dwell on one thing. I think about a lot of things. My kids, my grandkids, my family, what happened today, what i need to do tomorrow. And will I meet that special man tomorrow? :)

During football season, I'm either at a football game or listening to it on the radio. During the summer, I'm out with friends and family - dinner, movie, bowling, lake, or simply spending a quiet evening at home.

I'm not a beauty queen, nor am I a barbie. I am overweight, but nothing gross.
