My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi! My name is Eli, I'm currently working to study biochemistry at UCSD after a long road of various other studies. Lately I've been trying to open up, get out, and have fun! It's about time I start thinking about some romance and get my head out of the workplace. There's a lot to me and I'm very diverse so I'm sure we can find something to bond over!

Right now I'm getting much more into home brewing, so expect to be sampling beer! I'm hoping to get it submitted into some competitions cause it's been really good. Playing and recording music, making beer, and cooking meals from places I want to see have all been regular things in my life for a while now. They're good ways to manage stress, what can I say?

I'm really passionate about art and performing music (I sing, play guitar, bass, piano and am learning violin) and I've written volumes of stories as well. Suffice to say I'm very creative and am a nerd at heart.

In terms of hobbies I do just about anything; archery, surfing, hiking, rafting, those passions previously mentioned, and I'm up to try just about anything! I'm outdoors a lot and stay very active. I used to ride horses but it's been a while :(
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've dabbled in all sorts of careers ranging from psychology, science to art. I'm finally working on a Masters in Bio-Chem. On the side I make artwork and am currently working on quite a few short stories when I have the time. I'm also looking to get my homebrews into some local competitions to see if I can get involved in the brewery scene.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Art, composing, archery, writing, paintball, being inadvertently funny lol, memorizing useless information, keeping calm when things get tough, enjoying the little things and laughing at myself ...actually... brewing beer, surprisingly lol
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I... have no idea. It changes from my hair, eyes, smile, friendly disposition to being "clean-looking" whatever that means.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Brave New World, Life of Pi, Cloud Atlas, Ender's Game, anything by RA Salvatore, the Otherland books, Lord Of The Rings, House Of Leaves.

I absolutely love Road To Perdition, Cloud Atlas, Sunshine, The Prestige, Up, I Love You Man, Land of the Lost, Anchorman, Guardians Of The Galaxy, anything funny or thought-provoking tops my lists.

TV show wise... I used to be a House fan till that ended, now I'm watching Sherlock, Psych, Supernatural, Arrow, The League, Parts Unknown, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Rick And Morty, Bravest Warriors! and Better Call Saul.

I love all kinds of music really but the musicians that are always at the top would be Brand New, Manchester Orchestra, Foo Fighters, Muse, Coldplay, Switchfoot, Ludovico Einaudi, Civil Twilight, Fort Minor, Hilltop Hoods, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Project 86, The Glitch Mob, Kopek, Rise Against, The Black Keys, The Heavy, Imagine Dragons, Gary Clark Jr... the list goes on and on actually lol

I seriously love every kind of food, it's hard to pin point one kind... umm... Thai and sushi, probably my two favorites.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Music
Socializing/Meeting people
My close friends
The beach
The night sky
Tea
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My artwork, stories and music... generally all at once.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with friends after work, often at the beach or hiking, at a bar with a friend, playing guitar, piano or violin, or cooking some fancy meal for myself and trying to pair it with wine and a movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
...I don't know? Lol ask me a question and I'll answer. Really, I'm very honest.
