What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am about to complete my master's of public health and am working toward a PhD/MD. I someday hope to practice medicine in rural and developing regions of the world, and would also like to improve access to health care for marginalized populations.

I am passionate about social justice, bikes, health and medicine, and music. In my spare time I like to play/write music, bake, knit, and take care of others.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Overcoming obstacles

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I like to think I'm good at "making do" with little. That said, there are a few things that certainly improve the quality of my life.

In no particular order, these things are:
- My bikes
- The sun
- Love
- My computer
- Coffee
- Raw and unyielding wilderness
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The pursuit of happiness vs. the pursuit of meaning, EDS, bikes, and of course food.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Biking, climbing, studying, or just being with my partner watching flicks and experimenting with food
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I read one of the Twilight books. It was awful.
