My self-summary Propose an edit

Well I am Texan born and raised, I graduated from Oberlin College (in Ohio). If you know anything about those 2 statements you would know how much of an oxymoron that is (and I just proved to you, the person reading this, that I am a nerd...darn). I now attend medical school in Fort Worth.

I really like elephants and my favorite color is brown. I walk on the outside of my feet and play soccer, lacrosse, and I dive (off diving boards). Play lacrosse for UNT (illegally) and I am on about 3 soccer teams. Also on a powderpuff football team, where I play linebacker, be loud, and set up the defense. I love water sports and could swim before I could walk. I really want to learn how to surf and go sky diving.

People have often asked me if I was a cheerleader in high school, which makes me laugh since I wasn't whore-ish enough. They also think I am a quintessential Texan, and really I am no where near normal, especially not Texas normal.

I love ice cream and I don't think I will ever go on a diet. I also work with preschoolers in my free time and I love listening to show tunes and hip hop. I also love singing in the shower. I sing in a choir as well and I am a mentor for a 5th grader. I also teach church school to 2nd graders (cause I have always had a fascination with religion) but I am really liberal and almost, eeks...a socialist.

I have an elephant head tattoo on the cartilage of my ear and people often think a fungus is growing there. But it is super cool cause it is now used as the artists flash art.

I am a natural blond, often lack discretion, and am really nerdy. I like skipping in the rain and sliding in mud.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I am looking for my doppelganger when I am not studying for my medical school classes. Watching extendez infomercials in the wee hours of the morning. Making myself bleed, while trying to cut an avocado with a fork.

I'm really good at Propose an edit

Being really loud and not thinking before I speak. I am decent at getting a little bit of sleep each night. Also I love running for running's sake, aka I don't know how many miles but I run for an hour to an hour an half straight everyday, not being able to cook, have poor fine motor skills, remembering random facts about people-but not their name. I am also good at smiling. When I try to frown, my friends think I look constipated. Uterus nailing and jigging; not necessarily at the same time.

Most people notice my eyes. If not it might be my smile or my butt or my odd tan lines. Otherwise people just don't tell me, probably because they are laughing at me with my crazy antics, aka, I fall all of the time. I still have scars on my shins from falling down my apartment steps 9 months ago.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

My favorite book is All the King's Men but the Bell Jar and a Tree Grows in Brooklyn was good as well. I also like reading things about new age things like palmistry and handwriting analysis. My favorite movies are satires especially Drop Dead Gorgeous and Princess Bride. Sadly though I often fall asleep during movies. I like starch, aka bread, and cheese. By far my favorite thing though is ice cream (its the real key to my heart), not strawberry, butter pecan, or coffee flavored though. Oh yeah I like musicals, upbeat ones really (I mean how can you dislike a song titled: you can be as loud as the hell you want when you are making love), and hip-hop, especially old school. My favorite artists are Flogging Molly, The Blow, Salt N' Pepa, and Bernadette Peters.

The six things I could never do without Propose an edit

1.My brain, 2.my feet, 3.sports, ones I can play, not really for my viewing pleasure-unless it is live, 4.people around me, even if I am not interacting with them, 5.my voice, so I can sing to every song ever made-as well as talk the ears off of a paper bag, and 6.weather, it is the coolest thing ever, especially since it changes.

Hanging out with my friends, taking random pictures and then maybe head over to a local bar. Sometimes this is a little different, I might be a loser and sit around and take silly online surveys.
