Hello!
I am a man who enjoys learning whatever I can, eating whatever I can and having a good laugh whenever I can. I moved here from England at the young age of nine and quickly had most of my accent teased out of me during recesses. But my dry British sense of humour remains firmly intact.

I used to be a cook for the past eight years, but eventually grew tired of the long gruelling hours and excessive heat. So, I got out of the kitchen, and now work at an organic butcher shop. I find it really interesting to learn about how messed up and sickeningly efficient most of our food system has become, and also the people who do things the good ol' fashioned way. And also now have time for brewing beer, gardening, and making music.

I like almost all food as long as it is cooked well using good ingredients, and enjoyed with good people.
