I used to look pretty nerdy in high school. The summer of my senior
year was when Superbad came out, and immediately I was called
McLovin because of how I looked. It also helped that my last name
is McMullen :P So, i've had that nickname since 08. Onto my
profile!
I'm fascinated by space, the human body, people, and foreign places and cultures. To me, the human body is one of the most interesting things, the complexity of it, how it is affected by things, and how people chose to ignore its potential astounds me. I'm also really interested in people, how they behave, what their story is, and why they do/don't do the things they do.
I love to travel. I was a pretty sheltered kid growing up, and when I turned 20 I felt like I needed to do something adventurous. I had some friends who were traveling, and decided to meet them at their next destination. So, after 3 weeks of scrambled planning and 24 hours of plane rides I had taken my first steps out of the US, and set foot in Thailand. I spent a month traveling around the country, and since then can't get enough of it.
