While I’m as happy as the next person to talk about myself, I’m finding this self-summarizing rather daunting…

I recently moved (back) to Seattle. I’ve lived in five cities/towns in the past ten years (Seattle is my sixth), which is ridiculous because I hate to move. My ideal living situation would be several wooded acres in the middle of London/New York/Paris, but somehow this eludes me.

I tend to be a bit of a homebody, but I like going out for beer-drinking, band-watching type activities, and pretty much anything related to food is good too. Travel is high on my list, even if it’s just a three hour road trip to take a hike.

I’m self-employed and have my own clothing company, where I make and design everything. Designing is the fun, creative part that keeps me going through hours and hours (and hours) of sewing. I’ll be launching a wholesale line in the next nine months (right now I sell through Etsy), which is exciting because then someone else can deal with production (less sewing!) and I’ll be able to expand my business, be more creative, all that good stuff.

And I'm pretty enthusiastic about food too. I generally eat my version of healthy, which includes lots of vegetables, plus bacon! I'm particularly fond of avocados, Korean food, and I'm always a sucker for comfort food (I make excellent macaroni and cheese, from scratch obviously).
