My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've been living in NYC for the past 7 years, I used to live in Manhattan and work in Brooklyn and recently swapped. Much, much better combo.

I work in advertising but have not lost my soul. I am laid back, easy to get along with, have a dry sense of humor and am generally up for anything. I prefer salty foods to sweet, am a decent cook and have a soft spot food photography (food bloggers and cookbooks, not cellphone snaps at a restaurant.) I'm probably one of the few people who still uses the public library.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Learning to use my dslr, anxiously waiting until it's warm enough to do fun outside bk things again. Bikes, bk flea, picnics and boat rides! The east river ferry is my favorite cheap thrill.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Multitasking, remembering insignificant details, packing. Online profiles? Not so much.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I read a lot.

Movies/tv: Anything by Wes Anderson. Also like old Hitchcock movies. The Wire, Weeds, Arrested Development, Girls, Homeland, House of Cards, orange is the New Black, Sherlock.

Music: Vampire Weekend, Bishop Allen, Arcade Fire, Band of Horses, Grizzly Bear, Pete Yorn, Bon Iver, Beach House, The Cure, The Strokes, The Shins, The National, Black Keys

Food: Anything really but like spicy best. Thai/Indian are always good go-tos.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffee, iPhone, passport, Gchat, Friends & family.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What to do next
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Depends on how the week went but I generally think drinking on Saturday is a better idea... Friday is better for low key drinks or dinners.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Online shopping is my guilty pleasure.

You just should. I have a long list of bars and restaurants I want to try.
