My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm transgender, not long since I ditched the long hair, make-up and girls' clothes. Now I keep forgetting that I still count as a female. I usually dream as a male. I definitely identify myself as male, and will probably one day have the op.
I'm quite a romantic, I wanna be someone's knight in shining armour or Prince Charming, sad and pathetic as that is. I've never had a girlfriend (though I had some boyfriends before I came out. I was so unhappy!) but I'd like to think I'm a gentleman. I'm also really shy but when I feel relaxed around someone (takes a while but does happen) I do actually have a sense of humor!
I have a fairly low sex drive and I really don't like to be around oversexed people because they are often complete sexual fascists, in my experience. If I'm prepared to respect a person's right to be an outright slut, I don't expect to get abuse for being more chaste. It's much the same issue as rape, in my opinion.

I'm an obsessive-compulsive. If I like something then I REALLY like it.
I'm mainly obsessed with stories and fantasy and heroes and mythology as I want to be a fantasy novelist so fantasy fiction makes up a large part of my psyche. I grew up in a place that resembles Narnia and Middle-Earth and so many other fantasy lands so it's probably not surprising really.
I like really long walks, say about eight or nine hours if I've brought a picnic. I love nothing better than forests. I often disappear into the hills to find inspiration.

I am A geek, an eco-warrior, and very, very strange
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Life? don't talk to me about life.
I work in a late night supermarket/off-license and as jobs go, it's pants. Who doesn't love cleaning pisshead spew, urine and even, once, POO off the floor at ten to eleven on a Saturday night? I really, really hate alcoholics.
My fantasy novel is probably years from completion cos it's my first and it's an epic but I'm pretty dedicated to it. My writing is my life. And when I'm done, if my novel is a success, I'm gonna go on an idealistic crusade to save the world. Already doing my best. I obsessively buy fairtrade and free range and boycott products with lots of packaging or are made by exeptionally evil corporations and I ALWAYS recycle.
I'm also a member of the Zeitgeist Movement.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing, I hope (or my career is screwed before it starts!).
Memorising poems. No idea why I do it. I've memorised Tolkein's Errantry, The Horde and The Mewlips.
Nunchakus for some bizzare reason. I'm a pacifist, so how come I'm a nunchaku natural? Mind you it's fun to do it to music with no violent intent.
Music - sort of. I'm a little rusty.
I also make a mean curry.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
There's something not quite right about that boy. . . Oh, it's a GIRL!
And I'm really edgy when I don't know someone. I guess most people are but I'm awful at concealing it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I truly love sci-fi as long as it isn't too violent. Violence sickens me. Star Wars, Star Trek and Stargate are all fantastic but Doctor Who is the clear winner in my affections because I just love the philosophy behind it. My religion is the Way of the Doctor. My living room has become a bit of a Who shrine. I even have a little remote-control K9 sitting by the telly.
I love Terry Pratchett's Discworld a heck of a lot. The guy's a genius!
Lord of the Rings is beyond compare. Unbelievably brilliant. I was raised on The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Gormenghast is beautiful, To Kill a Mockingbird changed the way I think, Brian Jaques's Redwall was what first inspired me to write, Narnia is wonderful. Just taken a shine to Sherlock Holmes.
I like The Levellers, Dreadzone, lots of old stuff like Ray Charles and the suchlike.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Trees.
Sci-fi and fantasy.
Music.
My naughty, clever pet rat.
Writing materials just in case I am inspired.
Hope for the world as a whole.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Ethics; the environment, human rights, etc. Psychology fascinates me. And sci-fi and fantasy.
And waaay to much time thinking about Doctor Who.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually working but occasionally, if I'm really lucky, attending insane raves just like my daddy used to throw and getting hyperactive and loved up on certain naughty party substances.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Normal people scare the crap out of me.
Also, I will probably never pluck up the courage to message anyone who didn't message me first because I'm just plain chickenshit.

I reckon the word "niche" applies to me. Everyone thinks they're sooo different from the norm and they're right but I reckon I have some extra different. I want someone who likes me for it.
Message me if fantasy and imagination (I don't mean sexual) is the driving force in your life. And if you're as sad as me. And if you didn't list shopping, drinking and sex among your "Six things I could never live without" because there is sooo much more to life!
