Later I went to more school, where I learned to like watching basketball and eat BBQ. I returned to NY to work in homeless shelters. Well not in the shelters, but, you know, doing policy for them. That’s when I learned it’s better not to be homeless, so I went to more school, where I struggled unsuccessfully to bring powdered wigs back into fashion.
Finally I returned to NY, where I get paid to argue, which is convenient, as I’ve been arguing pro bono since birth. I spend 42.3% of my time in afternoon movies, making mint juleps, and slathering on sun screen. (I’ve been known to sneak a cocktail into the theater on summer afternoons – on occasion wearing sunscreen, for the trifecta.) I'm also hunting for the greatest dumpling, and methodically tracking my progress on pinterest.
