I am a data architect which I love but I have discovered that nothing in IT is interesting to anyone outside of IT. I have two awesome sons that I am very close to and who are college age. The astute reader will notice that I am avoiding the living at home thing and its because I am just not sure. One is going away to college next year but the other may stay in school in New York. I frequently wish I could have frozen them at three years old, although their vocabulary is considerably better now. They are very funny and smart and sweet, and I am not the least bit biased. I also have two big female dogs (to balance things out) who spend as much time on my lap as they possibly can but they do seem rather ferocious to strangers and certainly make a great deal of noise.
I am looking for someone who is smart and laid back. Someone who doesn't get upset about the normal everyday annoyances in life. Someone who wants to have fun but who thinks of himself as an old-fashioned gentleman.
Thanks so much, if you have gotten this far, and please write if there is anything you want to know that I have failed to include in this rambling note.
***I am adding something I did not think I would ever need to include. Age does indeed matter. If you are under 45 the chances are that we are not well-suited. To be honest it makes me feel kind of creepy to even explain why we can't date to a 25 year old. I am very sorry if this is offensive to anyone and please accept it in the spirit it is intended.
