This guy usually prefers to describe himself in the third person,
so that he shall. He is a vaugely average looking human being whose
interests swing from the geeky to the more mundane. He has an
voracious reading habit, and an affinity for all things digital. He believes
himself to be witty, and others sometimes agree(Either by
proclaiming as such or groaning heartily, which amounts to the same
thing). He occasionally entertains illusions and delusions of
grandeur which tend to ultimately take form as a story or piece of
'art'. Oh, he also hates platypi, for entirely irrational
reasons.

Many people will notice my shirt, as it usually more interesting to
look at than I, unless I am wearing an awesome hat, which happens
on occasion. Failing that, people intake my goatee and/or natural
('messy, untamed, chaotic') hair.

I really enjoy science fiction and fantasy, particularly 'hard' sci fi. I can also be convinced to read the occasional mystery.
Favorite authors include Tadwilliams (Otherland series!), Mercedes Lackey, Issac Asimov, Neil Gaiman, and Terry Pratchett.
