I’m Skye. I’m a tall, very pale, now dark haired (I’m a natural blonde), 20 year old girl. I was born and raised in California, but now I live in upstate New York and am a sophomore in college. Oh yeah, and I'm awesome.

I love being in school. I am obsessed with photography/pictures, movies, music, and books (reading and writing them). I love to sing and dance (though I’m not a professional at either), crafting and cooking, anything that has to do with water (I desperately wish I was a mermaid), musicals, anything Disney, attractive men, attractive women, cute/adorable things, swearing, anything that is funny (I do make jokes at others’ expense, but it’s all in good fun and I don’t mean it), and I hate being serious unless eh situation calls for it. I have a very short attention span, unless I’m reading or doing school then you should probably leave me alone for your own safety. I love my family and my friends, even though they can drive me absolutely insane sometimes . They’re my everything.

I’m a very outgoing person once I get warmed up to you (it usually takes about ten minutes.) I am a very open person. I have no problem talking about any and all topics. Even politics and religion as long as it doesn’t turn into a fight or debate (I hate them and they freak me out.) I am against prudery and censorship. I love talking about sex and other types of awkward subjects. I am honest and I speak my mind. I will not beat around the bush when I am talking to you (I will be nice about things, but I try be blunt.)

I am very optimistic. I love looking at the good things in life and people. I will always give people the benefit of the doubt, regardless of my first impression of them. And I will like and trust someone until they give me a reason not to. I am a very forgiving person. I think everyone deserves a second chance, but if you fuck up that chance then you’re going to have to work pretty damn hard to get another one. I hate letting people of out my life, but if it seems like they aren’t making an effort to stay in my life then I will let them go. I am a very nurturing and caring person. I love doing things for others. I’m a very carefree person. Most of the things people seem to get all wound up about I could care less about (especially the things most girls complain about; they’re so stupid and don’t matter and I will not waste my time worrying about them.) I believe that everything happens for a reason and every person that comes into your life is meant to be there. I love my life and there is nothing I regret because, as the late great Jonathan Larson said, “Forget regret or life is yours to miss.” And, yes, I just used a RENT reference. Deal with it.

I'm a sophomore at St. John Fisher College and currently working to get my teaching certification in English/Adolescent Education with a minor in Psychology. I work as a writing tutor during the school year and I'm also a staff writer for the newspaper. I've been working at Hollister for about 3 years and I still work there as much as I can during the school year, though transportation is a problem.

This is the narcissistic portion of the profile that I hate filling out...

Usually, it's how loud I talk (but I can't help it). Other common things that are said are: my height, dark dark hair, eyes, and my butt.
