My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I think of myself as a fun, active guy who is really young at heart (and ten years younger than my age, as a good friend recently informed me). I love being outside! I stay healthy, I am passionate about education, art, music and social causes and I even have a volunteer radio show that makes me very happy.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently a middle school special education teacher. I live with my 17 year old son and a tennant (UMass doctoral student from Berlin) in the Florence section of Northampton.

A few things that really interest me are: If you have a great deal of positive energy, if you value the arts, social justice, education (or even have a graduate degree), recycling, healthy eating, if you have faith in yourself & others, if you like to stay active and have some cool hobbies. The latter may sound random, but I really want to spend time with someone who is fun, intelligent, sexy and happy.

Meeting for coffee, tea or even live music would make for a great first date.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening, being positive, cheering others up. Drumming, trampoline, hula hooping....
The first things people usually notice about me

My kindness, friendly smile, sincerity, humor and passion.

A female friend wrote on 4-23-14: "You are so different from the (men) I get bombarded with...I appreciate your candid human, laid back affect. Far too many become rather intimidated unfoundedly with my confident & outspoken nature. You are refreshing a man indeed!"

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going out for a nice meal, drinks, live music or hanging out with friends, sharing drinks, laughs and great fun. Staying in and cooking dinner for a friend, getting cozy in front of my wood stove.
